My two cents---- RangRasiya, Hate-Love, is all about?

The promos, the long theatrical trailer as they have called it, the music, the character sketch being penned right from the very first episode, everything of which definitely looked a lot more than promising. Two weeks down the line, and here we are witnessing one of those stories that is not just edgy, powerful and impactful but also driven by strong roots of some brilliant plotting.
Awaiting for the return of darling Sanaya Irani, when we witness a promo, which has the girl running in her bridal attire, a guy chasing her dressed in his army avatar------
"Run as much as you can, wherever you go, you will find me right behind you...'
The fierce way in which she brushed off the water he had offered, the raw hatred evident in the both of their eyes, everything of which definitely gave us an idea of what to look for in the show. It was promising, definitely and more than anything else, it left us wondering about a lot of things and eager to witness it all.
But what happened in the mere two weeks that followed, had managed to leave me completely astonished and affected, if I can give it a term. While the story, the background plotting, the cast, the set-up, the vastness of pretty much everything, the outstanding cinematography, the amazing music and spell-bounding screen presence, everything of which in its place have been more than up to the mark, the symbolisms and soul of the story that appealed to me, was just something else.
The Significance of the plot:
Apart from the fact that it has been set up along the border, the message that invariably lies in the subject conveying about the naivety of people from such small villages, naivety of a person not being able to move on from the ancient Monocracy, unawareness of the world that has far moved ahead, illiteracy and dependency, this very background plots, also holds its significance in defining the roots of Paro.
A border place, a high level blasting and death of a lot of innocent people is what the show opens with. A Village at the end of the border is shown and a man, who in his mind still rules the place. A culture of getting the girls in the village married is described. An orphan girl having lost her parents in that very blast, her small little world is introduced and along with it, her innocent dreams, her warm loving heart, her fears coming from a strong base are made aware of.
The facts of her life----
She lost her parents, because of BSD.
She is scared of fire, coz that in her mind took her parents away.
She is scared of the BSD emblem as such, owing to her haunting nightmare.
She is aware of the culture of girls getting married to men across the border.
She is aware that the girls crossing border, have never returned.

She is innocent, because she is unaware; she is silent because there hasn't really been a necessity to voice out. She is nave because she has been in dark; she is scared because her fears have arisen from subjective aspects; she is hopeful of a perfect family life, because, that's were her roots lie.
So the significance of the entire back ground plot is also to define what Paro is as a person today, and her portrayal is perfectly driven from where and how she had been living her life, as true as it can get to reality. This defines her true self, this is what she has always been or known.
While, all the because-defined reasons are subjected to change, or rather come as a blow to her that they never existed at all in the first place, that's the journey that is awaiting us, and that's a journey worth watching.
**
On the other hand, there is the same border, the same high-level blasting and death of lot of innocent people; oblivious to everything a young boy, left all alone to fight with the demons of his mother's betrayal, his father's wrath, the obvious derived hatred and aloofness; Anger and revulsion; He is introduced to the same village, the same man who stuck with monarchy, but for him someone who is going against the nation; A Patriot learning about a village's illegal living, oblivious to their naivety; An aspiring officer in a mission to put an end to the smuggling completely being masked to basic human emotions;
The facts of his life--------He hates pretty woman.
He hates the Thakur and thus the whole village.
He hates the marriage culture of this village.
He is patriotic and driven by that spirit.

He can have a No-Strings-Attached relationship with one such good looking woman, because that's what he can ever give or take from the kind. He is raw and practical, because emotions have deceived him right from a young age. He is arrogant because people have only been that to him. He is patriotic because that's what drives him to be how he wants to be.
So here even the significance of this entire background did define how he had become, but his portrayal is perfectly driven from how life has treated him, unlike Paro, who has much simpler reasons to become what she has. So, the criteria of change in him is not just difficult but also insignificant because in his mind, he on the right side of the whole fiasco, unless the heart would get involved of course, which again would be one hell of a journey to witness.
Strong Derivations:
----- Paro dreams of a certain BSD officer putting her amidst fire. But in reality the BSD officer actually saves her from goons. Even then, Paro does see the face of BSD officer later on as the very savior. This whole destroyer VS savior juggling image of Rudra in her mind is something very interesting. Even though Rudra does destroy everything for her momentarily, maybe it is only to save her? And even if that's true, in Paro's mind, Rudra will remain the destroyer?
---Laila explains traits of men to Paro and terms Rudra as her Rudra. So what happens when this turns around?
----Though Paro is subjected to change from whatever simple girl she is right now, the changes are more towards a strong hatred towards Rudra, owing to the strong points Thakursa feeds in into her already fearful mind.
---- Rudra does have an affair with Laila, and that's all we know about it. And Laila very much appears in Paro's Sangeeth. Both being two different things and while we aren't aware of Rudra and Laila's history, it seems quite possible that she is from among them as well, a secret under covered informer maybe?
----Rudra in his mind can have a physical relationship with a pretty woman, save one such pretty woman from goon, still have hatred for them? It seems more because he is supposed to hate, and not for anything else. So what happens when hearts get involved?
----Baaraath ko sarhad paar na hone do, I don't think he realizes the density of impact of his one such statement has on an innocent woman's life, and when he does, will he try and acknowledge it at least?

All said and done, I really hope makers, writers, cinematographers, and everyone involved in penning down whatever they have started will successfully live up to their own expectations. All the best to the team and I really do hope the makers do keep with this pace and this level of narration and direction and keep up with all the initial story path laying!!
Looking forward to be entertained at this level even more, hopefully!
