I think Rudra expected him to know ... the point was to get the Thakur riled up enough to speed up proceedings even further ... also lull him into a false sense of security that the BSD platoon was waiting outside the front gate. While they're actually waiting for the bridal party at the border.

Rudra knew Thakur won't let them in...he just did that to put pressure on him so that he will do some mistake in his hurry to remove evidence of his deeds.

Thakur is a "smart shrewd" man. He most likely has dealt with legal documents.
Rudra prepared a "fake" warrant intentionally so Thakur would make a mistake...and he did.

he (rudra) did it deliberately so in anger thakur can do mistake , it was a trap ,actually very common trap jo police waale try karte hain usually , taakki chor jaldbaazi mai galti kare
