I must say, as much as I respect your opinion, I have to disagree with it! Rudra's heart didn't 'melt', at least, I didn't see it melting! If anything at all, Rudra seems to have a casual relationship of convenience with Laila! Ankita surprised me with how good she was as Laila! That still doesn't change the fact that it is Rudra-Paro's love story! Laila, sadly, will turn out to be a negative character(source:many of Ankita's interviews regarding her character in the show)! Paro is not 'lacking' in anything! She's different from Laila! They both seem to be terrific characters! Paro has more layers than that of a simple village girl! She may not make her hurt as obvious as Rudra does, but she is dealing with her own share of pain! So, what I'm trying to say is, as promising as Laila seems as a character, the storyline is that Rudra will fall in love with Paro!

As to the 'emptiness' you have referred to on the female lead's part, to each his/her own, I'm with the majority in this issue, the female lead is brilliant-I mean the character & the actor playing her!

completely agree
Laila seems interesting if they add more layers and don't make her the typical vamp of most shows.
Ankita impressed me but i have seen better vamps and it would be a lot more interesting if they show a grey area before they make that right turn into negative area.
Paro...I just love her. There is something about Sanaya's potrayal of her that seems so simple and realistic. sure she is quiet and timid sometimes but she has hidden strength that with trial and error and experiences that she will encounter will bring it out and make her a little bit outspoken and little bit more commanding about her opinions and her wants.
Sure Ankita impressed me but her character can fall short in character development and is really limited depending on what they decide to do.
but with Paro there is such a wide range of improvement and a back and forth of struggle and success that it would be interesting and amazing to see her growth.

I understand what you are saying & I agree with it 100%! Now that you did mention it, Sanaya is brilliant as Paro! It was this scene in yesterday's episode when she twirls around in that wedding dress-that sealed it for me, Sanaya is one actor that can portray a range of characters! Its all it took-one twirl, a little more energy & enthusiasm, & she would've landed in Khushi-zone, but she got it just right! Paro is likeable, surprisingly so! There is an endearing quality to her character! I am saying this & its surprising because I can count on one of my hands, the number of female leads that I've liked in Indian TV shows! Laila is necessary to the story & Ankita is good! I hope they make her grey & not turn her into a regular TV vamp, either!

🤣🤣 You are too funny...
Are you talking about Rangrasiya or any other show...😆
I know you don't like to attempt that Sanaya Irani is the female lead.
But truth is that, try to accept it, otherwise believe what you want...
But this post is damn funny...🤣

completely agree.
I was already in love with Sanaya's acting but i was afraid that Paro might become a Khushi but it was the scene with the butterfly and the scene yesterday that showed such a contrast of her other character that was/is such a dominant role that many of us still see her in. plus the BG music did nothing but wonders. Paro is adorable and such a quiet nature is just makes it sooo much more appealing and intriguing. Sanaya is such a brilliant actress that i have nothing left to desribe how incredible she is i have few leads that have impressed me and it seems one of Sanaya's characters once again makes it onto that list. im interested in Laila and what she will bring but hoping for my scenes btwn Rudra and Paro and where they will actually exchange some words😆😆

The actress Ankita was good, But I am not sure about the lead man's thought about the same. The man hates women but he wants a woman to satisfy his needs.
I think that is a hypocritic thought of his. But as always, though I dont approve of this, all characters have their negatives too
And I forgot, Whether you like it or not, Ankita is doing a cameo role and is not the lead of the show.

After one week of the same cuteness from the lead heroine-paro which we have seen in countless shows...it wasn't really something out of the ordinary and the show could have easily gone down.

The entry of the sultry siren " Laila" lends much of the drama and spice which was needed in an otherwise bland dish.

This is the character the show needed , this is the heroine the show needed, this is lady Rudra wanted.

Ankita sharma adapted beautifully to a laila's characters which is quite a departure to the usually "holier than thou" TV leads one sees very often.

Her entry gives much needed haunting romance, the little bit of naughtiness , which was needed in the show.

As Rudra's best friend and his true companion and equal...she was ir-resistible that could melt even the stone-hearted rudra's heart.

Laila's entry will take care of the emptiness on the female leads side and make this wonderful show even more interesting to watch!

I agree with you! Her intro took the story from a mills and boons type to one of these grand love sagas. This type of setting needs that...a grand romance needs to have many many layers to peel off...or else we should fall into the "when will they get together? " routine.

Rudra and Paro will get together...but there is no hurry! Let them take their time and have their grand romance.

Rudra's intimacy with Laila and Bindi's plight this week tells us that the story is on a grander scale...the wounds will be only get deeper and deeper before they get any better.

What Rudra has with Laila is neither love or romance, at this point she is being used to add a new dimension to Rudra's character and past...which is actually a good thing!!

@najialuv88-the background music! Its become as much of an entity, a part of the show as the characters! The background music has been adding several layers, all by itself, to already layered scenes! The title track is just so wonderful-all the versions! This & the cinematography have been such important constituents of this show!
I think, for Sanaya, the biggest thing was to break out of Khushi's mould & she, finally does it with Paro! I think, what makes Sanaya, one of the best is, perhaps, how stubbornly, she refuses to repeat a particular type of character & the unbelievable eagerness to portray each of her character convincingly! Rudra-Paro, I think the wait is about to get over! I am curious to watch how it all plays out!

Sanaya is, undoubtedly the lead, but as far as I am aware, Ankita's is a permanent character & not a cameo-she's supposed to turn into one of the negative characters on the show, eventually!

Looks at the ranking system and see where Sanaya Irani stood in ranking and where Ankita stood? Whatever you said it's her opinion but the lead actres of this show needs to defending because she's the female lead of the show and Rangrasiya was promoted as her come back.

Though this post was quiet expected so I am not suprise at all.
