first of all a very Happy 3rd Anniversary to all i've checked the awesome threads you guys opened and loved all the siggies vids and OS😳
now from my side i wrote a new part of the FF..did it in two days only so dont know if its a nice one or not and tried to put as much ShaNak scenes as i could due to the story but dont worry still there are some lovey dovey scenes of our special jodi😛
And thank you all or your lovely comments and i'm glad there are still some of you who read the FF but i have one request guys...plz if you read the FF so leave your feedbacks at the end they are important to me it gives me motivation to write more and faster...sachi mein😆
i know its my fault i have lost lots of my readers but the ones who still read plzz yaar ek chota comment bhi dedo...and yh also because for the next part i'm seding PM only to the ones who do comment coz i dont wanna bother people with my pms or the FF😊

Shilpa rushes back to her room without even checking if khanak was around or not. She couldn't control herself anyway but luckily khanak was not there. She locks herself in the bathroom and as if she didn't have strength in her legs anymore she collapses on the floor not able to control herself and cries her heart out. She was going through a bad pain feeling all the emotions at once. She hated herself for thinking that maybe there was still hope for them that maybe life was giving them a second chance. She rests her back against the door waiting for the pain to leave her body...

Khanak was in the boys' room, when she woke up she saw that shilpa was missing so started to check around but in vain. Then she decided to check if karan was in his room and of course he wasn't and shaan was sleeping. He was in a deep peaceful sleep...which was annoying khanak.
Khanak: Shaan? (no reaction) shaan wake up (still nothing..she sight and looked around. Seeing a glass of water she smiles. She takes the glass looks at him a last time hesitant for a sec but then throws water on his face and shaan wakes up in horror and breathless)
Shaan: WHAT? (he sees khanak laughing) YOU! What the hell Khanak aisa koi karta hai kya?! (she was trying to control herself but the scene was too funny so bursts again) stop laughing khanak (annoyed) and first of all what the hell are you doing in my room?
Khanak: I was admiring the sleeping beauty (giggling)
Shaan: khanak im no mood to joke right now so tell me what are you doing and why the hell did you do that?
Khanak sighs: fineee! Shilpa and Karan are missing and you were sleeping so I had to wake you up and ask you (shaan was not believing what she said)
Shaan: wake me up?..This way! Insaan ki tarah nahin kar sakti thi? (khanak's mouth forms a O)
Khanak: shut up tetchy! I did..twice! but it didn't work so I chose option 2...now tell me do you know where karan is?
Shaan: haan of course main uska baap jo hoon (being sarcastic)
Khanak: shaan I'm serious they are missing!
Shaan: yaar khanak they are not kids why are you glued to them like that..chale gaaye honge kahin walk pe or something (and once again khanak got worried)
Khanak: shaan didn't you see how they were behaving yesterday..so how can they be together right now? Karan was avoiding shilpa whole night (shaan takes a deep breath to come back to his sense first so he could think)
Shaan: ok look..shayad dono bahar gaaye hai but not together you're right..but seriously there's nothing to worry about khanak kuch hi der mein aa jaayenge (she thinks for a min and agrees)
Khanak: yeah..you must be right (he smiles)
Shaan: of course I'm right...now can I go back to sleep ek bohut hi acha sapna dekh raha tha
Khanak: let me guess there was a girl in it
Shaan: not a girl khanak THE girl! My dream girl (she rolls her eyes) so can I go back?
Khanak: go idiot (she leaves and reaching the door she turns back) Shaan? (he desperately looks back at her)
Shaan: now what khanak?
Khanak: can I stay here with you? I'm bored there alone (she made a baby face. Shaan was hesitating coz he knew if she stays he wont sleep with her non stop talking but how could he refuse to that girl specialy when she was making that face so he sighs and smiles)
Shaan: I'll take the couch I guess (khanak smiles)
Khanak: c'mon stranger don't worry I wont rape you..we can share a bed I promise to control myself (shaan raises his brow)
Shaan: oh really?...and what if I cant control myself?
Khanak: well...its a risk I will have to take..
Both laugh and lie next to each other. Shaan closes his eyes and khanak was watching him hoping he is not sleeping yet. He knew she was watching him he could felt it so without opening his eyes he asked.
Shaan: why are you looking at me khanak? (she gets happy that he's not)
Khanak: I was just wondering if you're awake
Shaan: why?
Khanak: actually I'm sorry..(he opens his eyes and looks at her) I shouldn't have thrown water on you..and I'm sorry for annoying you with my endless tension
Shaan: its okay..and you're not annoying me don't worry...I mean you never forced me to help you and we are friends yaar and that's what friends do right? (she smiles)
Khanak: right
Shaan: vaise I must say karan is very lucky to have you...I mean no matter what he knows that you'll always be there for him and you love him very much..I wish I had someone like that in my life too
Khanak: is Shaantanu Khandelwal feeling unloved? (he slightly laughs)
Shaan: not unloved...but I wonder if someone will love me like you love karan or karan and shilpa love each other (khanak holds his hand)
Khanak: don't worry shaan I'm sure there is someone for you who will love you more than what you could ever expect (he smiles caressing her hand back)
Shaan: you think so? (he whispers)
Khanak: I'm sure of it...but till it happens and your lady love shows up you have to content yourself with me
Shaan: I couldn't ask for someone better (he said with a soft voice)
Khanak: aww that's sweet and this is why I love you stranger (shaan's heart skipped a beat. Those words still had the same impact on him coming from khanak..but why he thought? Why everytime khanak used to say these words to him it sounded so special to his ears? He had heard it hundred times from lots of girls but why hers sounded so real?..so strong?) and one more thing (he looks at her surprised forgetting for a sec that she was here) to answer your question...you do look sexy..
Shaan smiles feeling embarrased for yesterday. After this they both were quite for a while but shaan was not feeling like sleeping anymore so thought about a delicious black coffee. So when he was about to get up he felt something holding him back. Confused he looked at the reason and he saw khanak's hand still holding his. He looks back at her and realised that she had fallen asleep in that position. First he thought of removing her hand and he was about to do it when khanak pulls him closer in her sleep tightening her grip and turns to the other side. She was now snuggled up against shaan who didn't know what to do. Any of his moves could wake her up so he decides to stay and let her sleep for a while. Khanak's hair was covering her face so he gently revomes them with his free hand without disturbing her. At that moment something crossed his mind...in a very short time he got really close to khanak they became very close friends..shilpa was also his close friend and they had spent time together..he remembered the numerous times she slept next to him but he never felt different..he never experienced the feelings he was going through right now with khanak..this girl was different his feelings meant something else but he was clueless...he gets lost in his thoughts and slowly falls asleep also.

Karan was still at the beach after shilpa left he didn't have the strength to walk to the hotel...he didn't have the strength to do anything at all. All he could do after that moment was to move his gaze towards the sea after shilpa's shadow disappears. Her voice kept ringing in his ears again and again and he couldn't do anything but to endure the torture of it…
"mera sapna tum the karan… The feeling you had..what was it?...Nothing is left between us Karan?...till the last second I was hoping you'll come and stop me…you didn't have the guts to say it 5 years ago…This is what I am for you..just a lawyer?... par mujhe jaane diya kisne karan?...tumne tho shaadi ka vaada kiya tha mujhse Karan main tumhari thi"
He shuts his eyes trying to stop her voice stop his mind of thinking about it but it wasn't working. "Tumne tho shaadi ka vaada kiya tha mujhse Karan main tumhari thi" he opens his blood reded eyes back with this last sentence...marriage..he thought and it reminded him what he saw around her neck..something he had 5 years ago..something he gifted her 5 years ago as a promise...a commitment..a vow...a ring. Five years ago Karan gifted Shilpa a ring to promise her that he will always be with her. He took the vow to spend his whole life by her side no matter what….
flashback
It's been a few days now that Karan wanted to propose Shilpa but everytime he found the courrage it would just flown away in front of her. One day after classes karan was supposed to meet shilpa in the park but after waiting for more than 2 hours and several unreachable calls shilpa got mad and left from there. A while after she leaves karan reaches the park but of course she was gone and he knew he was a dead man…he reaches her home and the housemaid opens the door indicating him that she was in her room. Rushing there he slowly knocks at the door...
Shilpa: Bebe mujhe bhook nahin hai (thinking it's the maid) plzz mujhe akeli chodiye
Karan: it's me Shona..can I come in? (she gets furious hearing his voice)
Shilpa: tum kyun aaye ho?! just go from here I don't wanna talk to you (he knocks again)
Karan: shilpa plzz I'm really sorry but can we at least talk?
Shilpa: are you dumb karan? Maine kaha naa mujhe tumse koi baat nahin karni jao yahan se
Karan: Shona I know you're mad at me but plzz let me talk to you once (she angrily opens the door and with a stern but still angry voice she said)
Shilpa: what?
Karan: can I come in? (she moves aside letting him come) I'm really sorry shilpa (but she was in no mood to listen to his excuses)
Shilpa: spare me karan! Just saying sorry is not gonna work..I waited for you for more than two hours
Karan: I know (feelings helpless) and I'm sorry..but I was stuck believe me ek dost ne help maangi and I just got stuck with him
Shilpa: there's a new technology called mobiles karan..you could have call me or a short text! But I guess you were having so much fun with your friend that you forgot that a stupid girl is waiting for you (karan sighs he knew she would not forgive him so easily)
Karan: dekho I know I made a mistake and I have no excuse for it and all I can say is that I'm really sorry and I promise it won't happen again (she wasn't satisfied so turns her back to him crossing her arms) and I'm...I'm madly in love with you Shilpa Malhotra and not one day passes without you in my thoughts (shilpa thought he is trying to emotionally blackmail her so turns back to him but for her surprises karan wasn't in front of her..she lowers her gaze and found him on his knees holding a ring towards her. Her eyes wided and she was dumbstruck)
Shilpa: wh..?..what are you doing?
Karan: since the first day I've met you I knew you were the one for me but it takes time for an idiot like me to realise it (she couldn't utter another word under the shock so let karan speak) I know I'm not perfect and I make mistakes but when you're with me I try my best to do things right..(her eyes get moist) you make me wanna be a better man and this can only happen if you agree to spend the rest of your life with me...because I don't want to wake up another day without you as my wife (she slightly laughs)...so Miss Shilpa Malhotra..mujhse shaadi karogi? (she wipes her tears and slowly kneels down to face karan. She was too happy to speak. A single word wasn't able to come out of her mouth so all she did was resting her palm on his cheek and nods with teary eyes. Karan smiles and makes her wear the ring before droping a soft kiss on her hand. Still on their knees they hug each other warmly)
Shilpa: I love you
Karan: I love you too Mrs Oberoi (she looks up at him with a bright smile on her face, kissing her forehead karan hugs her back)

He never thought she will keep it with her today..not after that day when they broke up and once again he proved himself how wrong he was. He looks up at the sky hoping to get his answers..why she had to come back in his life after 5 years?..why they had to be apart from each other in the first place if they had to meet today? Why going through this unbearable pain if fate had planned to bring them back together at the end? Why destiny was being so cruel to them? Why…

Karan opens the door of his room and saw khanak and shaan sleeping..face to face holding their hands. He had no clue about what happened here or what to think but he was sure khanak was not in the room when he left this morning. He wasn't really in mood to think too much he already had things to think about so not wanting to disturb the quite weird scene he was watching, he decides to leave them. He closes back the door behind him but the noise awakes shaan and khanak. Both were surprised to find themselves like this but in no time shaan was just mesmerised by this girl sleeping next to him. He loved the thought to wake up with her by his side...a slight smile draws his lips watching her still sleepy rubbing her eye. She noticed that shaan was starring at her and she smiles.
Khanak: what? (he was still lost in his dreamy thought)
Shaan: beautiful...(he whispered but khanak didn't get the point)
Khanak: excuse me? (shaan comes back to him)
Shaan: I mean...I slept well..yeah (khanak sits on the bed)
Khanak: yeah me too! (she wanted to stretch but saw that shaan was still holding her hand) can I have it back plz?
Shaan: hun? (still not aware)
Khanak: my hand shaan..can I have it back? (shaan realised his fingers were still holding hers and frees her right away almost jumping out of his bed)
Shaan: main..I need to take a shower
Khanak: yeah me too but I have to call karan first
Shaan: yeah you do that and..and I'll see you later…coffee shop?
Khanak: ok...(shaan rushes to the bathroom and khanak still feeling sleepy goes to her room)

Khanak shaan and karan were at the coffee shop. After she threatened karan last time for not picking his phone he answered as soon as it rang today and rassured her that he was fine and promised to see her at the coffee shop. And there he was behaving like everything was alright so no one notices his tention and specialy khanak.
Shaan: dude yeh ladki naa pagal hai ek dum si..maine kaha tha tum walk ke liye gaaye hoge par yeh (pointing at khanak) mere neend ke peeche pad gaayi hai (karan smiles)
Karan: vaise when I came back I saw you guys...sleeping together (khanak was cool hearing it it wasn't a big deal for her while shaan's heart pinched thinking about that moment again...khanak sleeping in his arms)
Khanak: yeah I was bored in my room so vahin pe reh gaayi and I don't remember when we fell asleep..shilpa bhi nahin thi and btw tum shilpa ke saath the? I mean have you seen her this morning? Main jab wapis room mein bhi gaayi voh nahin thi (karan's expression slightly changes hearing her name but how could he tell khanak what happened between them so he had no option but to lie)
Karan: no..maine usse dekha nahin (he whispers)
Shaan: I think we should call her no? subah se pata nahin kaha hai aur maine sms bhi kiya but she didn't answer (shaan call her and hears her ringtone so looks up to see she was standing there)
Khanak: shilpa! Finaly where the hell were you? (shilpa smiles slightly seeing that at least khanak was still caring for her as a friend)
Shilpa: I'm sorry khanak main toda busy thi (karan wasn't daring to look at her so he was quietly listening looking down)
Shaan: yaar yahan pe kya kam tha jo busy thi? Do you know how worried we were and...(noticing she had a suitcase next to her he forgets what he was saying) what's that? tum kahin jaa rahi ho? (khanak looks at the suitcase also while karan was waiting for an answer from her)
Shilpa: heu yeah..actually I'm going back to Mumbai (karan's heart starts beating faster feeling he was loosing something so he stands up behind shaan looking at her shoked)
Shaan: Mumbai? But why? I mean...abhi kyun?
Khanak: haan Shilpa is everything alright? And we are all going back in few days anyway
Shilpa: I know khanak but mujhe aaj hi jaana hoga mujhe vahan ek important kam hai and it can't wait (karan was quietly listening to her but he could not believe her she was for sure lying he knew her very well and she wasn't good in this game. But he couldn't do anything he couldn't stop her)
Shaan: c'mon shilpa you can't be serious now (feeling sad)
Shilpa: I'm sorry lover boy par mujhe jaana hi hoga...actually mujhe yahan aana hi nahin chahiye tha it was a mistake (looking at karan who lowers his gaze to hide his pain) but I have to fix it now and go back (trying to hide her tears she manages a smile and looks back at shaan and khanak) but don't worry main humesha ke liye todi naa jaa rahi hoon tum log bhi jaldi wapis aane vale ho naa (khanak smiles trying to cheer everyone's mood up)
Khanak: shilpa how am I supposed to handle these two now that you're leaving me (shilpa laughs)
Shilpa: you're stronger than them so I don't have to worry infact I should worry about shaan
Shaan: you're right actually she almost killed me today (shilpa smiles and thought it was time to say bye)
Shilpa: ok guys I have to go now varna flight miss ho jaayegi (she first hugs khanak who was near her)
Khanak: I'll see you in few days for a girls day out?
Shilpa: oh for sure I'd love to..aur mujhe batana ki shaan ki kya halaat banayi (she then goes to shaan who hugs her tight)
Shaan: I'll miss you..darling (she laughs)
Shilpa: me too lover boy but I can't breath right now (he loosens his grip on her but was still hugging her)
Shaan: pakka you don't have choice naa? (she nods and shaan lets her go. Finaly comes karan's turn he didn't know what to do or say so shilpa took the first step)
Shilpa: bye...(trying to make it sound as normal she could)
Karan: b..bye...
Shaan: wait a sec main tho tumhe airport le jaa raha hoon
Shilpa: no lover boy my taxi is here main chalti hoon you guys have fun
She looked at them for a last moment then heads toward the taxi. They keep looking at her till the taxi leaves and all karan wanted at that moment was to stop her. But how was he supposed to do so?..she was leaving because of him so he just couldn't stop her now. He had to watch her leave and watch a part of him leaving with her. Shilpa sits in the car and waves to them. And before the taxi leaves she looks at karan one last time as if to print his image in her heart because she might not have the chance to see him again…
