what is the relevance of khushi/adi/simran/puppy etc., In shanaks story 😭

and uperse shaan is simrans sanon ka raaj kumar..😭

wher is this all heading to..less of shanaks meaningful scenes and

more of sudden mushoroom stores or what 😭
