I may be the odd one out in all this but it is kinda disappointing that the CORE ISSUE is not being understood that too by Sensible members itself!!KT may have let me down but didn't expect this from people here...thus proving the fact that Some Are indeed Gulliable, and Can Be Taken For A Royal Ride!!!SAD BUT TRUE...

agree with u Veena...I wanted RBO rankings to be up so all keep posting comments in fanpages and keep rating chaskameter plzzz we all need to get RBO in top rankings...and kt personal things should not effect the show as We all Love Shanak and RBO...😃

n girls seriously its time to concentrate on supporting our show RBO...see d rankings its really not happening...plzz hit d chaskameter without fail it really affects d ranking n plzz comment on each n every article...instead of discussing actors personnel life we should give our time to support d show n their cast 4 their better ranking..common only 92 comments on new article of RBO ...plzz increase it...

So I edited my post on first page with the following:

I agree with you...Karan's personal life is very much his own and we have no right to question him and his life on this! He has every right to live his life the way he wants and we are no one to question him.

He owes us nothing except for good acting of being Shaan that we all love and adore! He works more hours than any of us, like you said the corporate world. He make us fall in love with Shaan because he is committed to it and he is answerable to that only!

His professional life is the one that we should worry about. If he falls short of it then yes we have a right to question it as audience but if he doesn't then we have no right to question it! We are only concerned with his professional life and nothing more. He makes us happy for what he does and his only job is to entertain us.

He has never left us unhappy after his job so why should we go and question him on anything other than that.

I am happy with his work and I am concerned about that only. Whatever he gives me other than that, I appreciate it. I understand the thin line of being an ardent fan and a crazy fan. Whatever my wishes are, are no concern of his and it shouldn't be either. I appreciate him for his work, although would love it too if he interacted more with his fans, but never the less I am happy with whatever he gives me. I have no complaints.

Who are we to question him or like him for his personal life? We are no one! We love him for who he is. I believe him when he says something and that is my personal belief and I can't force the same opinion down anyone's throat.

He is only accountable about his personal life to his family and close friends and no one else, not even media. When he interacts with fans, he does it on the basis of trust and love and that is all I care about and nothing more.

The same is said about Yashu. She is not accountable to us more than her work. It is nice of her to meet fans and greet them but even then I wouldn't want to be a thorn in her personal life.

She has every right to live just the way she wants and she is no way accountable to me about it. She is only accountable to her fans for her acting or her portrayal of Khanak.

She spends a lot of time shooting and I love her for that! She does more work than me and yet she makes time to interact with her fans and I love her for that. I have no right to advise her on how to live her life. I may suggest it only once but that is only once and nothing more.

She is only answerable about her personal life to her family and close friends only and owe us nothing for it.

I love these two for who they are as actors and their job and nothing more. What i want or believe is not related to their life. I don't like them for their personal but I love them for what they portray!

So please enjoy the show and let them do their work along with the whole team: Entertain the audience through RBO!

I love them for it and would never complain!!!

Consider analysis to be my forte...but the irony of life...

Got the 'analysis' of an individual so close to my heart, so grossly wrong!!!!

Will try and put forth my thoughts in response to the points raised in the thread...

1) KT the actor...Of course, he's brilliant!! No two ways about it!! KT's portrayal of Shantanu Khandelwal has been nothing short of exemplary! But is that all?? Is that really all??!!

As regards KT putting in close to 15 hours a day, everyday...is that not what all tele actors do??!!

In fact, is that not what any hardworking, ambitious, focussed, 25 year old should actually be doing??!!

And to add to that, am sure the guy is not doing it for the love of his craft alone 😆...the perks that come with the territory; must be highly lucrative too!

The guys works hard...is paid handsomely fot it...we are entertained...a win-win

situation for both...

So far So good!!!!

2) Beyond KT the actor...without wasting any time, will come directly to the core issue...

Is KT's personal life being encroached upon, and are fans wrong in questioning his accountability??!!

Definitely not!!

The guy has knowingly and in the most sane state of mind, mislead fans into believing something which was not the truth!!

Was the guy coerced into making claims about his single/available/vela status in his umpteen interviews (IF included!)...was he exactly put on gun point when he posted on his fanpage about being single, after fans requested for a clarification after the Goa pic was out??

Nope!! The guy did all of that willingly!! And, pray why??

Because it suited him then!!

And, that is precisely the core issue...fans feel let down...the sense of betrayal is not because fans were exactly harbouring dreams of holy matrimony with him...or becos reel did not turn into real...but becos, they feel mocked at...their intellect seems to have been ridiculed...if not by sheer dishonesty, but by then trying to cover up for the same, by most impudently, either posting about the weather or "loving" everybody!!

BLAH!!!!

So, has KT erred??

Of course, he has...no two ways about it!!!

Brings me back full circle...Are fans encroaching on to his personal space??

Definitely not! Bygones can definitely be bygones...if the perpetrator of the same wishes it to be that way...

The least that is expected is to not add insult to injury!

And that would require introspection...that would require self-realisation...that would require humility...that would require looking at the 'bigger picture'...

Is that possible??

Only KT can decide...only KT would have the answer...

Will it be the good-hearted guy who I have most certainly seen glimpses of OR the guy who refuses to relent...

Would still like to go with the former...

With that silent prayer in my heart...

PS: RBO is extremely close to our hearts...ShaNak is something we have invested hugely in...in fact, have lived ShaNak as much as the lead actors have...

RBO Rocks!...ShaNak even more!!

That, thankfully will never change!!😃
