At midnight Rajeev gave her a big surprise by calling her family members and all her close friends. Rajeev then went down on his knees and proposed to her with a ring hidden in an artificial rose. Shivani was very touched with this gesture and called it one of her best birthdays. Rajeev celebrated her birthday in a very unique way by bringing a cake with Shivani's picture on it. Rajeev is into investment banking and has no connection with the glamour industry."

We spoke to Shivani who confirms the news and says, "It was my best birthday. I am so happy that I can't even put words to my feelings. Rajeev gave me a big surprise yesterday. He proposed to me in a truly filmy way with a ring. I accepted the proposal and I am wearing the ring currently. I was not expecting this surprise but Rajeev made my birthday a memorable one. He was well prepared with his plan in such a way that there was no possibility of me knowing about it. He is a very important part of my life."
