As far as I remember he told Khanak h etook loan for his education abroad & his dad was the guaranter!! Khanak was thinking he took dad's money but he categorically corrects her saying daddy dearest didn't pay for it!!

I don't remember which chapter though.

Adi or Souma clarify pls.
