1...Whys is there a popular belief that some specialist drs are very serious people and they dont show emotions or have any sort of compassion or mercy to patients or their families and that they are mechanical ...

.and They never talk in full encouraging words...to patients ..like they say.." we are trying our best etc., while it comes to fees n all they are not at all lenient.

Why is there so many greed for money when the medical profession is itself meant to be basically service oriented...

Shriya, it is hard for me to answer this question objectively as I have seen life from the other side of the fence.
I have seen patients troubling doctors to the point of nagging them, I have seen doctors giving up food, sleep, peace, family and social life due to their commitment and dedication but getting rude behaviour from patients in return which irks them. Every patient wants a special attention and it is very hard to understand that in an OPD of 200 patients and admitted 35 patients in a ward, it is hard to sit and talk to every patient and his relative even if a doctor wants to. He has to take care of a lot of things and he ends up working 18 - 20 hours a day. For a doctor, it is routine work and he is a pro...so even if you tell in few words, he understands...and if he doesn't, he will ask you more questions relating to disease...so he starts treatment at the earliest. Whereas, every patients wants to tell the doctor, how he couldn't sleep last night and which type of food he likes and which he doesn't. While doctors try to pay attention to that too, but if they are in a hurry or going for another emergency, they simply cut off irrelevant details, appearing rude to the patient...
When it comes to fees, I still think it is person to person and we know the fees of the doctor and expenditures in a hospital before we go there. I have seen my seniors and myself not charging people with BPL card (below poverty line)...but if a person can afford, why shy away from paying to the doctor...

2...Do u agree to the point that..now a days people expect too much from even television shows..😆and tht is why often people give suggestions about say RBO etc...and now a days women(girls) dont have any inhibitions in making known that they want this that etc.

I think people always expected quality from what they devoted time to... but previously we used to simply switch channels when a particular show was not upto the mark. The technology and internet has made it easy for audience to connect with back-end and creatives of a show who drop in and ask for feedback and hence people give them. So now instead of switching channels, we sit back and hope for our favourite show to become better.
It is not wrong to speak what you feel, it is upto others whether they value it or take it as trash...

, why do u think people have started to behave like this..when they tolerated a Kyunki saas show for 7 years silently... why in fact heaping praises on it..

(never watched Kyunki...but say it after thinking of discussions with MIL and others...) Kyunki ran for 7 years mainly because of proper marketing strategy, shocking twists and turns, leaps multiple times, numerous characters making it look like a new show every few months...it didn't have competition at it's time slot and it had a glamour quotient...
