I just don't think any wrong with three of them in their respective positions.
only things the girls need some time to adjust with each others life style and reservations if any.
khanak by time will understand it is the way shaan and his friends were to each other... and sam may accept the fact that khanak is sensitive..
shaan in his postition is trying hard balance the situation.. he is already is broken and he has no intention of telling the divorce matter to khanak for he is sure that it will hurt her. his wish for his old friends is understandable...
i think there is no need of any negative thoughts on the matter.. well, wait, there is a question of bad behaving with khanak... don't worry, khanak is all set to punish him in the best way ... he will never forget it... be happy..
