Episode dedicated to the 10 Rupee Note which makes it's last and final entry
Part-1
Shan is walking down the steps sad ..the words of his parents are running through his mind.He takes the flowers and gifts he has brought for Khanak and throws them away angrily.He punches the wall and moves further down the steps.Shan tells himself that his dad doesn't know what happened that day coz on that day he heard everything.They show a flashback scene'where in Madhavi and Sunil are having an argument as to whether they should go to Shans college festival.Madhavi is telling Sunil in the flashback( I don't know why but it is weird that her hairstyle has remained the same for 30 odd years and she is ironically wearing the same saree she wore yesterday).😆,she says,that he should have been attending the college fest,if she couldn't make it.Sunil says that if he knew she was not going to go ,he would have gone instead.Madhavi tells him that it would not make a difference coz Shan would never recognize her in the crowd.Sunil tells her that his mother was right when she said that she doesn't know what a home and family are.Madhavi tells him that if he had so much of a problem she should have left coz anyways there is no place for her in this house. The flashback ends.Shan is telling himself that the last time he heard them fight that way it broke him coz he couldn't believe hat his parents hated eachother so much. He says he still cant beleive and perhaps will never understand it.He says that he doesn't know how he was able to get himself together the last time.He is saying that the last time he left and now he is leaving again.He says the last time he could go back to his friends from college,the same friends who are not there anymore.He throws some things down and says that now he doesn't have anywhere to go,neither does he have any friends.He opens the main door angrily and leaves the house.Shan is now in the car and is in deep thought.
Khanak is in her room.She picks up the phone( God she is dialing the number as if she is learning A,B,C,D).😆The number is unavailable.Khanak is wondering why his phone is switched off. The phone rings again and it's Akshay on the other line.Akshay asks her if Shan is around coz he cant get through his cell.Khanak tells him that she tried as well but it was coming switched off.She tells him that he has never done this before and doesn't know where he has gone.He tells her not to worry coz he will be back.He said he needed to ask Shan something hence he phoned.Conversation ends.Khanak is talking to herself(again).She says that if he was coming late he should have phoned and on the top of that he has switched off his phone.She says he will never change.Now Khanak is in the hallway( again talking to herself).She says that if any work came up he should have called and there was no reason to switch the phone off.She says that once he comes back home she wont speak to him,she will distance herself and he will regret for making her wait so long( God woman will you please grow up.!!).
Scene shifts to Shan in the car( Thank God!! Anymore of Khanaks self talk and I would go bonkers).The scene shifts again to Khanak( Oh man, not again).She is again talking to herself and wondering if Shan is planning to give her any surprise.She is now in the balcony .She says that the last time as well he gave an excuse of work and quietly came through the window and this time as well he will do something new and big.
Scene shifts to Shan in the car.He is recollecting his parents argument.Shan gets out of the car.He says that what happened last time has happened again.He says that wherever he lives,however he lives nobody cares.Whether he goes home or not his mom will still leave,just like that night,the only difference being that his friends were there for him the last time round and now he is alone.He wishes Sam was with him( Huh??,Wait now, just back it up here,Sam your friend as in Sam the guy or Sam the girl??? ..Wasn't Natasha your friend in college..I am confused and if yes, what about Rahul?..Rahul ain't a girls name right?).He says nobody is with him and he is walking aimlessly on the road.
Part-2
Dadi is in the hall( Why doe she suddenly pop up from nowhere).😕She is looking worried.Khanak asks her what she is doing in the hall .Dadi tells her she had a very bad dream( Dadi the dreams that you have at night never come true so plz go back to sleep).She says it was years back.Sunil and Madhavi had a fight and what appeared to be something small became really big that even the children were scared.She says she left the house for the childrens happiness and also to bring about peace.Dadi is praying to God to keep the children safe.She leaves.Khanak is wondering what has made dadi think of the past?,is this an indication for the future??.Khanak says that its not possible coz Sunil and Madhavi were happy yesterday and nothing can go wrong coz they love eachother.Khanak is wondering why Shan has not come home yet.She thinks that maybe he is angry with her coz she didn't understand the meaning of the book.She says she is an idiot and is always fighting with him and hopes that they don't become like Sunil and Madhavi.She says that they cant be like them coz they cant stay away from eachother for long( Ok I have given up on this girls selftalk,Perfect way to fill up episodes).😆
Shan is driving and he is thinking about his parents argument again.He says that Khanak took a lot of trouble to arrange the anniversary party for them and if she finds out she will feel real sad coz for her nothing is bigger than the bond a husband and wife share. She feels that his parents are a perfect couple and when she finds out the truth she will be hurt.He says that coz of him she has already gone through a lot and he cant tell her the truth right now.Shan is again in deep thought and he is not even looking at the road infront of him.He hits a police barrracade. And then there are flashbacks of the moments he and Khanak have shared together( more like a sad VM on Shanak).😆
Scene shifhts to Khanak and Sunil.Sunil has hit the bottle(well not literally but it looks like he wants to get drunk).😆 Khanak is wondering why everyone in the house is looking so worried and feels that maybe something has happened.Sunil asks Khanak if something is worrying her.He says that it might be possible coz she is married.He tells her that marriage is a responsibility but unfortunately after a few years this responsibility becomes a burden.She asks him if he is talking about Shan and not to worry coz he has become very responsible.He is even working late at night.He says that he knows that she supports him but the problem over here is that he doesn't have any goal coz we all have to search for what we want in life.He says that Shan is becoming more spoilt day by day.He tells her that how much she may try to save him he has crossed all limits of chidishness.He tells her that he has not seen a more irresponsible person than Shan and although he is there today he may not be there tomorrow and fears what will happen to him.He needs to be responsible himself.Khanak feels that something may have happened at work,hence Sunil is so worried and that's the reason Shan has not come home coz he doesn't want to face him.She feels that he could have atleast told her coz she would be worried about him.
Shan is at the police station( What was the point of that Sad vm if he just landed in jail now?).The inspector says that he comes from a rich family.Let him make one phone call.He will be out in 5 minutes.Shan tells him to stop and whatever punishment he has to be given he will accept( That means you are going to spend the night in that pathetic cell?..you will not have any Tamba for company you know).😆.Shan is in the jail cell now.The inspector tells him that he is entitled to 1 phonecall.Shan says that he doesn't want to make the call.Sunil asks Khanak where Shan is?,is he partying?.She says that he is not and he will come home.He asks her if she knows where he is?.She says no.Sunil is now wondering if Shan came home and heard their argument( yeah sunil coz you'll were arguing in whispers right?).He says that the same thing happened that day,he left without saying anything.He says that he doesn't want his marriage to affect his kids.He says that Shan and him have come close after so long and he doesn't want to lose him( this guy is either seriously drunk or is suffering from dementia,He doesn't know what he is even talking about'first he criticises Shan and then feels sorry for him?).😕.He tells her not to worry( yeah chinta mat karao ,this word has been used atleast 5 times today if not more) 😆and go to sleep.
Shan is in the jail cell and is telling himself that however he stays ,wherever he stays nobody cares,the only difference is that during that time he had his friends..He wishes that Sam was with him coz when he needs a friend the most he has no one .( Shan we got the message,why are you repeating the same thing again and again and again,How many times is this same dialogue repeated today).
Part-3
Shan is again in deep thought.A loser who is drunk is blaberring some nonsense.He tells Shan not to take tension and not to give tension.He says he will make a bet from 1 to 10.H e says if he is able to stand on his 2 feet from the count of 1-10 Shan will have to give him 10 bucks and if he falls he will give him the money.He is asking Shan if it is done..if the deal is done.Shan doesn't answer him.His thoughts are still somewhere else.Anyways the drunkard falls and says that Shan has won the bet.Shan is telling himself that atleast they can take away their pain by getting drunk but he cant even do that much.The drunkard gives Shan the note.Shan throws it away.Shan then turns back to see the note again.He is shocked to see the same note than Khanak gave to the kid.The one that reads ..Shantanu ki taraf se Khanak ke liye.He remembers the time Khanak told him that if the note comes back to him then he has to accept that it was not them but destiny that has brought them together.Episode ends.
Precap: Khanak is on the phone and is asking Shan when will he come home?.He tellls her that he will be a little late.She tells him that she will wait for him.Next they are on the bed..OMG 😆.I mean he is on top of her and it looks like they are going to have the obvious.😆
CU-2- Khanak is holding Shan but he is uncomfortable and sad.He closes his eyes and clutches his fingers.( Notice Khanaks french manicure when she is moving her hands up his chest)😆
