Shaan tells her that he'll handle the haveli and that too with his own money and until then, he just wants her to be by his side. She agrees with a smile and turns to leave when Shaan catches her hand. He whines that he's still upset with her and that she should continue to feed him (CUTEEE). Khanak giggles and continues to feed him.

Madhvi is upset that Shaan talked back to her for the first time and that too for Khanak. KB says that Khanak has done some black magic on Shaan and has turned him against his own family. Madhvi tells her to shutup and says that KB probably had a hand in this sudden turn of events. She says that she'll have to stop Khanak and decides that although Shaan-Natasha can't get married for three months, they can get engaged and that she would speak to Natasha right away.

Yah Veena and Beeni, Shaan was like I know you'll only be happy if I get the haveli fixed or something like that and he promises that he'll get it done and that too with his own money....

I don't know the backstory LOL so i'm LOST...

Well she needs the money to fix the haveli.. and the DL's are sucking money from Shaan for it.. but i don't get the connect still.. i think this is so Shaan asks Khanak for her saath to do this i guess..

Gopi walks in on Shaan reading in the library (?) and hesitantly admits that she used to hate Shaan a lot when Suraj died and when he married Khanak and brought her here. She accused Shaan of Suraj's death and figured Shaan would never be able to keep Khanak happy. But her views had changed after he stood up for her in front of his mother.

Shaan asks her if she stills holds him responsible for Suraj's death and she says that she has forgiven him. Shaan feels relieved and promises that Khanak, Gopi and her family are his responsibility now. Gopi lets out that it was Raksha Bandhan and Shaan said he would feel good if she tied a rakhi on him. Khanak walks by and watches as Gopi does all the rasams and ties a rakhi on Shaan. He wonders whether Khanak will forgive him as well.
