Now she could converse in simple English with everyone and Ada and Akshay Bhaa had also encouraged and helped her. The five months were over before she knew it, spending beautiful moments with people she now considered her family. She didn't know how she would go back and face the questions in Dhulwadi but right now all that mattered was the immense pain her heart was feeling at the thought of leaving Shantanu.

Shantanu was watching Khanak as she stared ahead deep in thought. She was sitting on the same chair where he had first seen her studying English. He smiled remembering the moments they spent together here that night. This time, she looked even more beautiful under the moonlight. He knew he had to try and make her stay. He knew that the love he felt for her was so strong that it had consumed him. His heart only lived for her and would continue to do so till is last breath. Shantanu was ready to be destroyed in Khanak's love. He couldn't be sure but he hoped that Khanak felt the same way about him as he felt for her.

tere dil mein meri saanson ko panaa mil jaaye
tere ishq mein meri jaan fanaa ho jaaye

He would try and communicate how important she was for him. How her life revolved around her and how the sun rose and set with her in his life. He couldn't lose her. She wasn't a want, but a need in his life. Silently creeping closer he noticed a single tear run down her cheek and his heart fluttered in hope. Maybe she didn't want to leave him either. Maybe she loved him too. Making up his mind, he took a deep breath and stepped out of the shadows before he lost the courage to do what he was about to do.

"Khanak." Shantanu called her in his deep low voice waking her up from her thoughts. Startled she looked up at him and then looked away trying to wipe the tear discreetly but failing miserable. "Kya hua Khanak? What's wrong? Tumahre aakho mein aasu'." asked Shaan coming closer before finally stopping in front of her and bending down on one knee. "Who' kuch nahi. Mein bas soch rahi thi ki mein sabko kitna yaad karoongi. Dadiji, Khushboo bhabhi, maa, Ado, Akshay bhaa aur'" she trailed off looking at him.

And that's when Shantanu noticed something. He saw the pain in her eyes as she spoke and the love that shone through the pain. The love, that she couldn't hide from him there and then. He wanted to pick her up in his arms and twirl her around and shout from rooftops how much he loved her but contained himself.

"Kya tum mujhe yaad karogi Khanak?" asked Shantanu softly. Khanak looked away tears welling up her eyes. How could she tell him how much she would miss him? How was she supposed to tell him that every moment without him would be torture and that her heart was breaking at the thought of leaving him? Shantanu gently held her chin and turned her face towards him. The tears rolled down and Shantanu wiped them off only to see more tears cascade down her cheeks.

Leaning forward he tucked a loose strand of hair before whispering. "Mujhe chod ke mat jao Khanak." He leaned in closer and her eyes widened at their proximity hardly believing her ears. He softy kissed one cheek and then the other kissing away her tears. He leaned back a fraction to see that she had closed her eyes but a small and shy smile had spread across her face.

Smiling himself he kissed one eye and then the other and murmured against her skin. "Mein tumhare bager nahi jee sakta ta." Then he gently kissed her cute nose and said. "Mujhe tumhari har baat, har aadat, har aada se pyaar hai." Finally he looked into her eyes and whispered. "I love you Khanak." he said and heard her gasp softly as he pulled her face closer and kissed her.

Khanak's hands went around Shantanu's neck at their own accord pulling him closer till there was no space left in between them. After leaving a long lingering kiss Shantanu came up for air and looked at his beautiful wife's blushing face that glowed with happiness. "I love you too Shantanu. Mein appse bahut pyaar karti hoon." Khanak said looking into her husband's ecstatic face.

Laughing he got and picked her up twirling around in happiness. She squealed but laughed with him. He gently set her feet down but kept his arms around her. He felt a single tear run down his own cheek because he couldn't contain his happiness. Concerned Khanak lifted her hand and wiped it away. Khanak smiled up at him cupping his face and a grinning Shantanu leaned in for another kiss.

adhoori saans thi dhadkan adhoori thi adhooren ham
magar ab chaand poora hain falak pe aur ab pooren hain ham

Awwww....😊😭😊😊.....Dill bhar aaya Maddy😊.....That was beautiful and so right for the situation👏😍....
