To Upload Avatar
Right click the Avi you want to have as your Avi
Click "copy image location"
1. Click My Dashboard which is right on top of your forum page
Click on EDIT
Choose Preferences Tab
2. Scroll down, and you will find Avatar link
Put the link of your avatar in the avatar link box
3. Then, press on Submit and your avatar will be uploaded.

To Upload a Signature
Right click the picture you want to have as your signature
Click "copy image location"
Click My Dashboard which is right on top of your forum page
Click on EDIT
Go to Preferences
choose YES for Always attach my signature to posts
click submit
Click on Signature tab, paste the link of your signature in the box you need to put [IMG ] before it and [/IMG ] after it. but make sure no space is there.
for eg:
[IMG ]http://i38.tinypic.com/2ppfnk4.jpg[ /IMG]
make sure no space is there, I have kept the spaces as otherwise IF will not recognize it.
then click submit
