Here's what I think happened with the whole necklace and Guddo thing.
While Rano and Sukhi were in the room talking, Gullu came to collect the Necklace. He came across Kamla, and told her that Sukhi was in trouble
So she tried to attack Guddo and Guddo fell off the roof.
Shanno sees this as an opportunity to sepearate Ranbir-Rano and get Ranbir married to Tina, so she pays Gullu to keep his mouth shut and tries to sell the necklace, so no one will ever know what happened and RR will never get together
It sounds a little improbable, but that's the only thing that seems to make sense to me right now.
As for Gurucharan and him thinking that RR got married, I think because of that Rano might actually have to pose as Ranbirs wofe for a bit
