In today's episode, after bebe explained to Ranbir a little, he looked shocked/thoughtful, maybe even a little ashamed of himself

I thought,okay, maybe he'll go make ammends with Rano

But what does the jerk do! Insults her more and offers her money?

I coulden't believe I was watching that

Ranbir, you truly are a rich dad's spoilt brat, and deserve a tight slap

Though I'm glad to see that he did feel guilty at the end

I know what you mean. But the precap and everything seems hopeful. I'm glad how he felt guilty at the end. And you gotta admit his acting is getting better.

He might have looked and felt guilty, but I don't think he's the type to go hungry for forgiveness
