Ya we do learn a alot from Ramayan
but this Ramayan touched my soul
I am always a bi g devotee of LOrd Ram
and so I started watching Ramayan
and Ram ji here
finally turned me from Rupali to really Meera Bai ...
I am not joking as been Gurmeet ki Meera
But seriously
at times I behave like the same ...

ALong with ramayan
I learnt a lot from this RF
got so many friends like real family
I think its all our last birth lost relations that we got here
with Ramayan
The journey is awesome
Coz of GUrmeet I learnt a lot

Still posting from my vacation guys. I am unable to keep away from Ramayan and rf even on vacation.


I never knew about Ramayan until I was flipping channels to find something good to watch one night in March. While doing that I flipped past the International channels i have on my TV and at that exact moment, when I came to the Tamil channel Sun TV, they had a commercial that said Ramayan will start soon. At first I thought they are having a re-run of the old Ramayan. Looking at the commercial it did not look like Arun Govil. I called my mom in India and she didn't have a clue. So I googled and found that NDTV Imagine had this new Ramayan going.


I was so excited and then I found a website that had all the episodes in the Hindi version that I had missed. Man, was I hooked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was living, breathing, and thinking Ramayan from that time. Gurmeet acting as Ramji was like soma. U couldn't get enough.


I called my mother in India and asked her to see it too. Watching this Ramayan made her illness easier to endure. Then I found the RF forum but remained a Bhootni until December because I wasn't sure if older members were allowed. Finally I got the courage to post and I am glad that I did. I have made so many friends and all of you became my second family. I am really very sad that this Ramayan is ending. My head tells me that Ramayan cannot go on forever but my heart tells me Naaaaaahhhhhhhhhiiiiiiiiii... 😭


Anyway, the International NDTV Ramayan has just started showing Ramayan in the US and Ramji has just began his vanvas. The Tamil Ramayan is also going on. But I am very sad all the same...the more Ramji cries, the more I cry. 😭
