well i don't go for regular fasts.... but avoid onion and garlic.....these days..(in our house no such boundation actually...), but i want to go for regular 9 days fast....i attimes try to do first and last NavRatri Fast....

yes sam we do 9 days fast with akhand Jyoti Kalash ....

My father started it before my birth so now I do with my mother....

My father was big devotee of Durgaji n Vishnuji....

This time I m doing Durga -Saptshati path also but one chapter daily ....😃
