here's an English translation (original is in Telugu) of my FAVOURITE poem by Saint Kakarla Thyagabrahmam, (1767-1847) or simply, Saint Thyagaraja.

Saint Thyagaraja, an ardent devotee of Maa Sita & Shri Ram, composed thousands of devotional compositions, most of them in praise of Maa Sita & Shri Ram.

A beautiful fact of the life of this devotee of Lord SitaRam is that even in his worldly life, his parents names were Sitamma & Ramabrahma. 😊
