sanjh i dont know the story i meant maybe they are taking interest in lakshmanji and are concentrating on his role yes lakshmanji refusing to marry is new to me too...may be they picked it up from a folk tale or any other version of ramayan u would be surpised to know that lakshmana ji has more imp role in the folk tales of central india and rajasthan...whatever it is i m superexcited to watch it

yes i have read it somewhere..lakshman does refuse to marry...and he also confesses this to urmila before marriage ..as he just wanted to dedicate his life to ramji...

if it is so...i would love to see it in the show i have seen a similar scene in the previous ramayan..where lakshmanji refused to marry urmila.. i thought it was their creativity...never knew its true thanks a lot for the information

i think its not written in ramcharitmanas and valmiki ramayan (correct me if am wrong) . as arti said there are many tales of lakshman and urmila so u never know

i super excited chalo lakshman ji is not a silent bodygaurd here he is very much in action yahooo for that

and if i m not mistaken this story is taken from rajasthani folk tales it says ravana daughter was (indrajit sister was impressed by ram's beauty and she disguised herself as sitamaa lakshmana ecognised her ...send her to patal lok...

there is one more story in central india...once bhrama rakhshasi was impressed by ramji and lakshmanji and descended down she caught sita and lakshman ji saw it and threatened her to kill her she was scared and she realesed sitamaa and begged for forgiveness ramji was generous and he blessed her and she became the virgin goddess..it too happened during their exile period..(naam yaad nahi aa raha )😳
