@pinks,u are right..I take chota rests..haha..I never take risk with my health..rather,I don't play with my health..pehle health..phir sab kuch..

pata hai,in my sasural,during my sasurji's death,since my hubby was the only son..we had to do the last rites and stuff..we were supposed to sit empty stomach and so the rituals..it was long and very tiring..chup chaap,I used to eat something and then do..because mera acidity ho jaata hai.I had respect for sasurji..if I eat,doesn't mean,I lost respect..so this is what I meant..I never follow anything blindly..even pooja and rituals.I see to it that it doesn't harm me..who will take care of me later hai na..
