Shilpa Shetty, actress-model turned yoga teacher, recently released her own yoga learning video.

Shilpa is said to have made the video with lot of passion. According to shilpa yoga is a lifestyle choice and her production house wanted to make the learning yoga simpler.

Some guru's of yoga have criticized this move of Shilpa as impurity in yoga. Although Baba Ramdev has a different take on this.

According to Baba Ramdev, Yoga itself is so glamourous and useful that everybody is embracing it, yoga does not need celebs like Shilpa Shetty to promote it.

Yet baba says he has no qualms with shilpa' yoga video.

Bollywood Film Actress Shilpa is not alone in promoting yoga, Model-Actress Yukta Mukhi, Amrita Arora and also Kareena Kapoor has shown faith in yoga of late.

Shilpa Shetty yoga video is now also available through mobile internet, one can also download shilpa shetty wallpapers and screensaver in yoga poses.
