Court orders FIR against Rakhi, five others

Jaipur, July 28 (PTI) A local court today asked the police to register an FIR against six persons including item girl Rakhi Sawant, actor Ravi Kishan and a top official of a leading channel for allegedly stealing the concept of a marriage-based TV reality show from a private portal.

Judicial Magistrate No 27 Shilpa Sameer directed the Karni Nagar police station in the city to register an FIR against the six including Sawant for alleged breach of copyright by lifting the concept of Swayamvar from the portal of a Pink City-based 'struggling' writer Gaurav Tiwari.

Besides Sawant and Kishan the FIR is to be lodged against Manging Director of NDTV Imagine Gaurav Gandhi, the Executive Director of the show 'Rakhee Ka Swayamvar' and two others for their participation in the programme.

Oh no,phir shadi ka kya hoga? so what if she copied the concept.It is for her good only.Nothing wrong.If everyone is put behind bars,then I would urge rakhito marry Ellu behind bars.Woh tho koi nahi rok sakta.

😆😆 shaadi behind bars.. good idea 👏 that will be a real dhamaka... Rakhi style 😉 But Swayamvar concept pe copyright kaise hua? Yeh toh Ramayan kaal se ho raha hai.. how can some struggling writer claim this to be his concept?

Even if they cancel the show - she should still marry Elesh. Today when she was doing the review of all the guys, I remembered how Elesh swept everyone off their feet ... she should marry him in a private ceremony.

The makers should file a counter FIR against the struggling writer for stealing the concept from Ramayan.. unless ofcourse if he is a writer for RKS show itself and adding these twists and turns to make the drama more interesting 😕 phir toh teri bhi chup meri bhi chup 😉
