I think though in the end, she will visit the place they all live and their families - so it's possible that this is what she was doing ...

I think she went to visit the families of the top 5 dulhas.

I am guessing that Ashwin was eliminated, leaving Manmohan. She might have some doubts about him that were raised by Ravi Kishan, but maybe they cleared things up and it was a misunderstanding, or she will eliminate him next, but wanted to meet his family to make sure.
