the only people that aren't scripted are the guys. they are just presented with the tasks and go from there.
ram's role has to be scripted, he's presenting to the audience. i hope eilash is the final choice. aitrek was too funny when he said the one person he would want abandoned with him on an island is katrina. hahha..right in front of rakhi...you know he's an honest guy.

it is of course fake yaar...but i like to watch the show...and i watch it like a comedy show because of some silly people like atirek and kripal...hate them...they look like jokers to me...that is why i think it is more comedy show than a reality one....

I think it is half and half. A lot of the shots are pre-planned, and I am sure they plan it according to camera angle, lighting, and so on. There are obviously lots of dialogues written, especially when the guests arrive. Rakhi and contestants are given lots of dialogues. But there are also spontaneous and on-the-spot moments that are obviously not scripted.

But being scripted doesn't mean that the whole show is rigged. Scripted means there is a script, and there is a rough plan on all the things that are supposed to show up on one episode. If they didn't do that, all reality shows would be too boring and awkward to watch!

i feel that behind all that facade, there is a really lonely girl that is hurt at always being taken as a joke and is lashing out as a defense mechanism. its almost like she's saying.. here you want something to laugh at you heartless people.. laugh at me while i through the rest of my life away. everyone is cashing in on her vulnerability. she needs someone to save her from herself.

But I think at the end of the day, she is not a fool. She has learned a lot in life through struggle, and I don't agree that she is throwing her life away. People get arranged marriages all the time, and you could say in a way that is a gamble, and swayamvar concept is not too different. She's actually making really smart choices if you think about it, and she has managed to eliminate most of the dweebs so far.

We are all guessing,what is scripted and not..the asli thing,only NDTV knows.I do miss atirek.He as very entertaining.
