I honestly am not sure about whether Drupad wanted only a son or he had an intention to have a daughter who could marry Arjun, at the time of performing Yagya. But after Draupadi's birth he wanted to marry her off to Arjun.

But it is not that much intetesting to me either.

I have actually never read Mahabharata. I have only read children's version, fan fictions and articles about it.

I have read Mahabharata in bits and pieces but never read the full book

I think he is mentioning about Jambavati not Satyabhama. He is going to marry Jambavati first and then Bhama. But I am not sure if Lord Rama has given Jambavan any promise such as to marry his daughter in Dwaparyug
