Radhi , it is difficult for the well-experienced dancers too , there is a complexity in that posture !! In a way, it is an intimate pose !Originally posted by: Radhikerani
^Its not that complex though, only the dancers would have to be that much comfortable to handle the intimacy. But yeah I'd love to see that on the show!
In a way it is Sumi ! Arthanariswar normally refers to Shiv -Parvathi . But in a way, it is the unity in a duel form!Originally posted by: RadhaKrishna_19
Madhuri Di, I have this picture representing iconic pose of Radha Krishna in my home ❤️. I was always wondering about this particular posture of Radha Krishna but now I think it's ardhanarishwar roop, isn't it?

Hi, Aishwarya.😊
You are completely right about lack of respect for rural people (rather than just women), but it was not an issue of honour back then. Kshatriyas, by their nature, and their achievements, used to feel proud and used to be arrogant, but honour killings were not there. It's okay, you didn't offend anyone, but I want to correct you if you think that Krishna didn't marry Radha, just for his false pride and honour. It is more deeper than just social acceptance or respect. Radha was a cowherdess, totally unaware of how politics, palaces and royalty work. She wouldn't have been comfortable if she had accompanied him to Mathura, and as Madhuri said before, Kanha as in the flute playing, teasing, butter-thief, whom Radha loved, will not be there in Mathura or Dwaraka. He had to kill Kans, go to Gurukul, and then had to save his kingdom from attacks, build a new kingdom, and to fulfil his responsibility and purpose of talking avatar on this earth. Radha didn't know how to fight, write, Raajneeti, etc, and she was an embodiment of innocence, who didn't deserve all these pressure. The purpose of Radha avatar was to show true love and devotion to the world, and her purpose ended in the Vrindavan itself. To accompany Krishna in his journey Later, Goddess Lakshmi took another eight forms, who were Radha herself. All of them weren't princesses either, Kalindi was river Yamuna, Satyabhama was Dwaraka treasurer Satrajit's daughter, Jambavathi was a bear princess, a vanvaasini. Krishna didn't lose his love, as when Uddhava visited Radha, Radha showed Krishna with herself, playing flute with his mischievous smile, and when he went back to Mathura, he can see Krishna there, in his princely attire completing his responsibilities.
