LAST PART"Zoya ..Zoya jaldi karo beta,Nazma and Imraan will be here any time and see you are not ready yet"Dilshad scolded her lovingly.Don't worry Phoopi i am ready"Zoya calmed her.Dilshad sighed heavily and went from there in huff.Zoya smiled at her antics as she knew very well that her phoopi will never be angry on her.Two months passed since she lived with Khans again,since Gaffour and Razia were sentenced in jail for life and Zoya's life filled with happiness though she felt incomplete in some corner of her heart,the reason behind it was her feelings for Asad,whenever he came near her;she tried to avoid him not because she did not forgive him but because she did not want to create more problems between Asad and his wife.Only she knew what she felt at the moment when she got to know about the big truth of Asad's life;his wife
One Month ago
After Gaffour and Razia got punished ,Asad and Zoya's life was also going smoothly,they took a step towards each other;step of friendship though little awkerdness was there but they were spending time together,releiving old memories from childhood.Their relation did not become like before but still progressed better than before. They sits on the banch in garden and talks till late nights.It became their routine and share every little detail of their life .
One fine day Haseena visited unexpectdly and seeing her,Zoya's breath became heavy and she got another shock when Dilshad revealed that Haseena is Nazma's mother in law.She recalled every time when Haseena left no point to insult her and make her life miserable with Razia.Before Zoya could do anything Haseena gave the news of Nazma's pregnancy and Zoya stopped there hearing this,she did not want to ruin Nazma's happiness by telling her the truth so she decided not to tell anyone.As she turned to go back she heard Haseena saying Arre Dilshad aapki bahu kab khushkhabri sunayegi,ab toh Asad ke nikaah hue time ho gaya par abhi tak uaki biwi ki taraf se koi khabar bahi mili ,lo mai bhi kya baat kar rahi hoon aapki bahu ko toh khud ka pata nahi toh woh... "before Haseena could go further Dilshad's stern voixe stopped her"Aap bhoolvrahi hai jiske baarein mein aap baat kar rahi hai woh meri bahu hai aur Nazma aur Asad se zaida azeej hai".Zoya stood there freezed from the new truth.She forgot to breath as Haseena's words"bahu"and"Asad ki biwi"ranged in her ears.Tears came out of her eyes as she realized that she lost Asad again.Why she let her hopes high?why she thought that like her Asad will also not move on in life when he has so many reasons?Why she thought if she loves him then he will reciprocated her feelings!why??She loved him since childhood,since the time time he had beaten the boy who made her cry in whole class and did not tell anyone why he beat him,at that time she came to know that he did not hate her like he pretend of infront all.How she wished that he loved her roo but alas!all her dreams broken when reality checked in a cruel way.Her only possession in the the whole world,her love,her Ashu belongs to someone else now.Without being noticed by anyone she retreated to her room where she could let the storm out in forms of tears which was making difficult to breath.After sometime composing herself Zoya went out to help Dilshad.When she talked to Dilshad and Nazma ,Haseena was shocked to know that Zoya gain her senses back.Haseena paled to see Zoya's hard expression but zoya said nothing.
At night Asad came and aat besides Zoya on the bench and the first thing he noticed her gloomy form,he knew something amiss with her"Zoya!what happened ?why you are so silent today?Zoya looked at him with mixed emotion playing on her face which Asad was unable to read"I thought we are friends Ashu"Asad was confused with her statement" ofcourse we are friends Zoya but why you are.."before he could complete Zoya interrupted him"then why you hide from me that you are married ,why did not you tell me the big truth of your life"Asad looked at her shocked,Zoya smiled sadly"i came to know from Haseena Bi"she answered his unasked question.Who is the lucky girl?she asked again but Asad sat there silently not knowing what to say,he did not know how to tell her that she is the one but was not sure about her feelings so stayed mum,when he did not answer Zoya looked at him with worry but before her asking Asad answered "yes i am married to the girl whom i love,she is most beautiful in the world who is light of my life now"Asad said in a daze staring ahead.Zoya looked at him with myrid emotions but smiled when Asad turned towards her "but i don't know whether she loves me or not"continue Asad looking into her eyes,Zoya stared at him,she did not know why she felt he is in pain ,she wanted to ask so many question about his wife but stopped herself.First time she saw him talking about someone so lovingly,how she wished it woul be for not knowing it was actually for her only.From the day she maintained a safe distance between them to hide her feelings from him.
Back to present Asad also get ready for the function held for Nazma,as he came out of his room ,his eyee caught the sight of Zoya who looked stunning in red saari;his favourite colour,sensing someone's gaze Zoya turned and gasped seeing the emotions in his eyes.She saw him staring at her so many times with such deep emotions but she did not understand why?His eyes spoke something which she afraid to believe.She did not want to raise her hopes again and knowing he loved his wife though she does not live with him giving her more pain.She looked away to avoid any kind of such feeling.Asad stood there watching her struggling her inner turmoil,he knew what was she thinking but he wae also helpless,how he badly wanted to tell her that he loves her but he did not want to force this relation on her,he want to know what is her feelings towards him but she made difficult for him to do that by avoiding him.
When the function came to end Dilshad asked Zoya to bring gifts from Asad's room.Zoya relutantly went to his room,when she entered in room ,a flood of emotions came to her seeeing the room after so many years,the last time she came to his room after Rashid's death and the bitter memories surrounded her heart as tears flew out of her eyes ascshe remembered her last conversation with Asad in the same room.A knock at the door brought her back to present,A servent came to collect the gifts,Zoya him back with gifts but as she turned to go her caught the sight of the picture on table beside the bed,curiously she went near the photo frame and when she saw the pic inside the frame ,she got the big shock of her life;there was the picture of her and Asad in a wedding attire though she did not wore completely bridal dress but the picture itself said all.Not beliving what she saw is true or not,she opened Asad's cupboard and searched for the album of Nazma's nikaah which he never let her see by making some and other excuse.She found it beneath his cothes and after flipping all pictures,she has no doubt about the marriage;in some pictures she made different faces and in some Asad was sitting beside her just smiling;his real smile.Each picture told a different story and answered some of her questions.But how and when she reached there?why she has no memory of the time she spent in Khan mansion before the accident. What happened to her and what has she done in few months and on the top of that how came her clothes are in Asad's room."Has she lived in Asad's room?"thought Zoya.She recalled Asad's words month ago that he loved his wife.Zoya slumped on the bed with album in her lap,tears came out of her eyes but this time of happiness.Untill today she thought that her fate always decived her but todays she realised that her fate is not that bad,it gave her the biggest happiness;her Asad who loves her and here she was cursing her fate for being cruel.As she watched around things in room,she saw some girly toys and other games she used to play with in childhood,she took everything one by one and some blur images surrounded her mind.
Function ended smoothly and all guests were gone.Asad and Dilshad wondered where was Zoya ,she was missed in half function.They searched all house but she was not anywhere but when the servent told him that he has seen her in his room,Asad ran into his room and halted at the door seeing the condition of his room.Things were scatterd everywhere and in the middle of all Zoya was sitting with the album and he knew that all the truth has already came out so there was no use of hiding it.He kneeled on the floor infront of her,as if sensing his presence Zoya looked up and flung in his arms hugged him tightly,all emotions which she supressed from a long time flows freely today.Asad did not know how to make her understand the circumstances in which they got married but Zoya took him by surprise"why did not you tell me before that the girl you married is not anyone else but me only,how could you think that i don't love you when you knew well that you are the most important person in my life."Hearing her words Asad hugged her back,a huge burden left from his shoulders hearing her indirect confession."You have no idea how much I have suffered when you were not with me, I was so helpless when I got to know that they killed Dost but still i was unable to do anything, how I wished that you were be with me" Zoya cried in his arms, Asad's hold on her tighten hearing all this, the guilt he tried to release now surfaced again. He cried with her "I am sorry for everything Zoya, for every pain you went through, for every tear you shed because of my foolishness"Zoya cried more hearing his words, she held the collar of his shirt tightly and snuggled more into his arms for comfort, Asad hid his face into her hairs as if trying to comfort her as well as himself.When Zoya's cries subsided Asad picked her up and placed her on the bed, as he turned to go she held his hand tightly refused to let him go; having no other option he sat beside her patted her forehead to sleep and did not realize when sleep engulfed him too, the is how Dilshad found them when she came to call them for dinner, she has no heart to woke them up but she had to as Zoya has not eaten anything since morning.
Dinner was eventful eventful as Zoya was back in her old self and Asad was happy to see his chirpy zoya and Dilshad was contented to see her children happy.
After dinner when zoya turned to go in her room Asad held her arm and made her turned towards him with such force she landed in his arms, both lost in each other to such extent that they didn't noticed Dilshad who came to take a glass of water, Dilshad cleared her throat only then they came out of their staring session, Dilshad smiled teasingly and seeing her Zoya tried to escape to her room but Dilshad stopped her "zoya I think you forgot that your original room konsa hai nahi "and hearing her Zoya's face flushed, she hurriedly went towards Asad's room, Dilshad laughed and retrieved to her room wishing Asad good night.
Zoya was standing infront of large window with a deep blush crept her face, a minute later she heard the sound of door closing, she saw him coming towards her with mischievous look and she knew very well what was that look about as she tried to run he blocked her with his arms around her waist "don't you think you forgot something "Asad said in a husky voice, Zoya looked everywhere but not him"woh I don't know what you are talking about "Asad brought his face near her "You really don't know Zoya, what you said sometime ago that how could I think you don't love me"Asad asked mischievously, he made her look at him "say this Zoya "seeing the intensity in his eyes Zoya finally said what he wanted to hear from a long time "I LOVE YOU ASAD "and hugged him out of shyness, Asad 's happiness knew no bounds hearing this, he treasured her face with soft touch of his knuckles and stopped at her lips, Zoya's hands tighten on his shoulders giving him permission, Asad sealed her soft lips with his and turned towards the bed, the night witnessed the union of two broken souls mending each other with purest love
