Well update already says why Asad is insecure with Kabir... Infatuation/attraction/Flings dont have a future if thought abt technically... many of ppl have affairs in teenage, not everyone are serious! It's almost 90% curiosity and 10% love/attraction or whatever!!!
Past of families is not that fluctuated from the show bt just I've added a different angle for spice!:p
