The town people are not angry with her because she didn't pay the loan
They are angry with her because she had said and did some mean things to them when she was in elementary.

For example Mahek hates her because Zoya called her fatso in school. Akram hates her because she dumped him after their first date and made fun of him. She has done something or something to everyone in the town. Eventhough now she's a changed person, they haven't firgiven her.

Zoya has an option to leave and go to some other city but she doesn't want to. She wants these people to forgive her and for that she's ready to take all their insults :(

Asad is going crazy for her. He'll be her knight in shining armor 😃
