I think they will retain Rajbir.When heart transplant happens Mahira should have a pull feeling towards Azaad's heart in Amaad's body..So Azaad's image has to be there..So if they have to do a proper way of story telling, Rajbir has to be retained for sometime..Infact articles also mentioned them retaining Rajbir.Lets see.I have watched a couple of movies with heart transplant concept..not hindi movies..In both the image of the person who dies is shown almost till the end..Since it is a show I dont know how long they will retain Rajbir or will they even do that
