KB is sitting and hears the sound of water so she goes to the bathroom to close the shower. She finds a note written in hindi and wonders who is playing this chea game with her. She sees someone running away and tries to see who it is but is unable to catch him, she throws a knife which catches his blood and thinks that this is not a ghpst but someone who is alive and trying to scare her. She thinks he tried to scare her, and now its her turn.
Mahira is taking the taveez to Azaad and Afreen is following her. Afreen blows on Mahira which makes her hand with the taveez catch fire. Mahira is trying her best to save the taveez and reach Azaad.
KB is sitting and asking for forgiveness and thinks whoever is trying to scare her will come here.
Azaad tries to reach Mahira but Afreen stops him. She makes him believe that he can never become human and that he is dangerous for Mahira.
KB/ Ghazala and Lateef trap the man and are shocked to see that its Naseer.
Mahira is searching for Azaad while Afreen continues to brainwash him to stay away from mahira.
Ghazala unveils his face and KB asks how is he here. He tells her he is going to take revenge from her. KB slaps him and he tackles them all.
Azaad helps Mahira and she is about to put the taveez on him but he doesnt let her. Azaad pushes her away and the taveez falls. Afreen smiles seeing them.
Naseer tries to kill KB but the knife drops and KB takes the knife and stabs him.
Mahira catches the taveez and puts it around Azaads arm. Azaad tells her she will be hurt when her dreams are broken. Mahira shows him his bruises which havent healed and tells him he has already started becoming a human. Afreen thinks how is this possible. Just then, Kainaat and Sameer come in to discuss their marriage.
Naseer says he will also take her secret with him. KB is shocked.
Mahira tells Kainaat that her and Azaad will make sure all her dreams come true regarding the marriage. Afreen is thinking that Mahira wont be here for long. Mahira thinks she will never let Afreen win and definitely not before the Neeli Chand night. She thinks she knows a way how to stop Afreen.
KB desperately asks him what he knows about the 7 fingered guy and where to find him. Naseer tells her she made the biggest mistake by killing him as now she will never find out. He says he won and then dies. KB desperately tells him to open his eyes. Ghazala and Lateef are wondering what she is so desperate to know about.
Kainaat tells Mahira that there are servants for serving the food but Mahira insists on serving it herself. Mahira forcefully gives some to Afreen and it falls on her hand. Afreen goes to wash it and leaves her ring there which helps her to change faces. Mahira takes it.
Precap: Mahira has many rings and puts liquid on them which burns them while Afreen begs her not to, unsure of which ring is her one. KB is holding some woman and asking her about the man with 7 fingers, she points to a picture which has many kids
