Everyone used to think that Tanveer is the PH's favorite villain but the dark horse turns out to be Razia. She has had quite a journey i would say. Was electrocuted and died. Yes, DIED. Seems like the electric waves made her hair grow back beautifully and she returned in Season 3 as Sir Judaa, an international terrorist. And her face got burnt and she now returns in Season 4 as Sadare Ifrit, someone who practices black magic and sleeps in coffin. That's quite a journey though. One needs to ask Razia what's her secret of remaining youthful forever.

I agree with u . she hasn't been punished for her crime in season 1. And we got to see her back in season 2 . We thought after that electric shock incident she is dead . But as always cvs brought a new twist. She came back in a different avatar in season 3. Now after 25 years leap she is Sadare Ifrit.
That's quite a journey though. One needs to ask Razia what's her secret of remaining youthful forever
I don't think the cvs pay any attention at these little details though they make it real. But we have to admit that she is really a good actress.
