Hi friends. .

I made a Sanam centric post but I wanted to discuss an Aahil issue. So I made this one that can continue over the weekend...

Something dark_ice said triggered a thought.

Aahil had always been hard headed but he was faultlessly loyal. Be it his Ammi and now Sanam.

He used to ruse that he didn't know what he did to deserve a great Ammi like Tanveer, despite her flaws he loved her immensely. And thought of Sanam as a treasure. One that he didn't deserve.

But now comes the time for him to fight for his love. Just like Asad did. After a long torturous time watching Zoya as Ayaan's wife. He walked in Sunny Deol hero style and marched her out of there.

So when is Aahil's turn to come? When does he say enough is enough and claim his wife back before all.

I must say this groom switch is not very husbandly. Again he's being unsure and tentative, as though he's worried Sanam might decide to go with Shaad after all.

Is that Aahil's biggest worry? That Sanam might choose Shaad anyway, after knowing the truth? That she fell in love with someone else and he's lost her forever?

Aahil needs to stand up tall. Because he's cutting a very uncourageous figure.

He's character needs to get rid of all this fear.

To heck with Sanam2 .

Un-Courageous? Pitiable,pathetic,useless are the words that come to my mind when I think of Ahil.

Whatever be his heart's dilemma I expected he would react to Sanam on a basic human level as he did with Sanam 2 and take her to hospital. That's where his charcter failed me big time.
He is dealing with a sick wife not a wife who has wandered & found new love.
He was a smart business man and him failing to grasp his wife's current situation and just moaning about his lost love makes him highly immature and self-centric.
He seems selfish and stupid and loyal to his second wife more than his first wife.How can he let S2 stay as his Begum when her prime purpose is to harm Sanam?She is a serious threat and he knows and it does nothing about it. i don't know what's the excuse there for him to host this murderer in his house.
No love lost for Ahil from my side Sage. He shattered the glass ceiling for useless husbands on desi soap post McLeadganj and he has been zooming past to more despicable levels since then.

HE is the Nawab of Bhopal, but he lets his second wife run riot and cause chaos.

He knows his wife is back in his own house, but he keeps it secret meekly.

I mean, there's an open case with the police about missing Sanam!

But I must say honestly, Aahil is looking very unattractive in this un-courageous pothole he's stuck in.

True, my frustration with Aahil has been this since the beginning. He hasn't stood up for Sanam against her tormentors with convinction, save for that once with Tanveer. That was done with utmost respect for his mother, and won himself Sanam's respect too.

But since then, SO many people have abused Sanam. Lateef calls her "Mohterma Duffer" in front of him, Khala snidely calls her names too. He gives a look then walks away.

Then he gravely insulted her in front of everyone, yes he was hurt, but he could call her a servant in front of everyone, than he should be able to stand up for her in front of everyone too.

ANyway, those are old stories. Right now, they are stubbornly continuing this not-telling-Sanam-truth policy, and its becoming ridiculous.

Its because the good guys are acting stupidly, the Vamps are running all over them.

Aahil was the man who was man enough to back off when he felt its probably Rehan that Sanam prefers.

He was man enough to hold off passion for the woman of his dreams until she was OK. We are all forgetting his numerous standing up feats for Seher😆... and then he got burnt in the worst possible ways, but after a bot of insult he mostly left her alone. Anyone can read it as they like. I read it like he wanted Sanam to come tell him why she went missing without him asking, coz it was she who went missing by jumping through the 1st floor balcony😆.

I was quick to point out that apart from the slight abusive streak, he did nothing wrong in that track.

Lateef can e put in his place in a jiffy by Sanam herself. She would have if it bothered her enough.. it didn't so he didn't do anything about it.. I have more peeve with Sanam in the SaSeRehan -Tanveer revenge track.

Cut to present, he killed and buried his abusive streak(even though it was too little)... today he behaves more like a heart-broken jilted man than a man worried about his sick wife.

Which 'are ' the good guys you are talking about?

Only Aahil is a good guy, even though he is...^%#$()@

Sim has already called all the names. I wish to keep my post clean😃

Well Aahil...He is the guy who straight and forward and not at all bipolar! I won't justify Aahil's current actions cause somewhere he participated in this mess created for Sanam. Sanam has been lied and he is not doing anything. She has been doing all the sinful acts and is getting desperate to do but he stands quit. Okay! He is worried for her! But He can go and holds Shaad's collar and tell him to get lost. But he didn't what is the reason? Nothing. Instead he befriends with him and feeling his so called ehsan. He should boss Shaad around not Shaad bossing him. We can't hope anything from other man but at least Aahil can still blurt out the truth to sanam specially now he is married to her twice which was not even necessary. But he is allowing Shaad for SR with Sanam in a room. Of course he has trust in his mohabbat but now this dialogue looks like joke after knowing Sanam's cheap act of seduction.

Why don't he tell her dude you are married to me not him if he doesn't want to reveal her real identity.

If she doesn't believe or something then show her the video of wedding in which Sanam says Qubool hai to Aahil in unconscious mind. The thing I concluded is Aahil is , was and will be more loyal but Sanam was never loyal. She actually never loved Aahil. But Aahil loves her with complete faith.

I really don't want Ahil to walk in and claim his bride.

This bride is unwilling- unlike Asad's bride. And unlike Asad, he didn't put her in this situation.

He tries his best to get his bride to remember him, and that is just not happening. He will not take her by force and will definitely not give her a heart attack😉 , telling her the truth BLUNTLY. Every time he has tried that, she has inevitably fainted on him.

Now...

Especially after the Quran Kaani..It is looking like Jannat has chosen Shaad.

Even in her subconscious..she did allow Shaad on her bed...EQUAL STATUS as Ahil.

So..as far as Jannat is concerned, she doesn't know who Sanam is. This si Jannat's life...and she is married to only one person- that is Shaad. She hates the fact that she loves Ahil. (😲- Yeh kisi aur ka dialogue tha😕😆)

What do I expect from Ahil at this juncture?

Wait...For Sanam to decide whom she wants. As far as he knows, Shaad is a good man...but him and Shaad wanting Jannat to accept Ahil is not going to be enough for Jannat. Obviously, Shaad means something to Sanam for her to cling on to him like this...He should let her choose.

Personally, I just want him to give up...and for her Junoon to start then. There is a great TRP track there...if only they knew how to handle it and not mess it up.At some point, Jannat has to give up fighting her feelings..hopefully, I will stick around to watch that point.😆

It did look like she consciously chose Shaad, yes.

but for her to choose another man over her husband, surely that is a serious moral issue?

How does a married woman go from remarrying her husband to marrying someone else?

Now if she were to tell Shaad, "I'm sorry but I think you deserve someone better than me, I think I may be in love with someone else.." Then Shaad would happily (?!?) say he is your real husband after all.

Exactly. Thats why it won't happen this way. .

I really think she will get her memories back herself.

Before or after she does irreparable damage to her marriage is the question. ..

But the issue here is : shouldn't Aahil as her legally wedded husband stop her from committing a crime? (I think bigamy is a crime both under the Islamic courts and Indian court)

Okay then if she chose Shaad, he should give her divorce papers, and leave. Take that for shock value!

This is all escalating to something Soup.

I just hope that when it gets there Aahil still doesn't look like a wimp who cried the whole time his wife was about to marry another man.

Please, writers, give the man some dignity! !
