Sanam and Ahil is tensed in the bus. The bus comes to a stop, Ahil buys tea but Sanam refuse to take it and order for herself, but the vendor is out of milk. Ahil keep the glass aside her and leave, she then drinks it. While going in the bus her veil got stuck, Ahil helps her out.
As the arrive, Ahil tells Sanam he have something to say to her. Sanam tells she knows what he wants to say that they shouldn't ignore their feelings and he's in love with her at first sight, she tells him she shall answer everything later and leaves.
Shaad is lost in Jannat thoughts and Sanam 2 enjoys. Ahil and Sanam enters leaving everyone shocked, Shashi Kapoor is angry as she can't fulfill her promise. Jannat runs to Shaad and explain everything to him then tells him she realized she can't live without him and they should get married soon and hugs him, Ahil is hurt.
Sanam is drinking tea, Ahil comes and she leaves. Sanam 2 arrive and taunt him how much he try and he still can't get back Sanam. And he must accept can't remember his love and is far away now. Ahil reply her saying that his love is pure hence Sanam is in front him despite all her games and this is just another test. She further taunt him saying Sanam is excited to get married to Shaad and once she's married then she and Shaad be one and he wouldn't be able to do anything and leaves, Ahil is tensed.
At the dining table, Shaad and Sanam share a romantic moment while Ahil is getting angry and cut his hand. Sanam 2 shout for Latif to get first aid, Sanam is alert and immediately tells Ahil is allergic to castor oil and ask Latif to bring bleach and water, everyone is shocked. Nazia tells it true, Sanam 2 is shocked, Shaad ask how does she knows this and question her, Sanam is confused and cries out with a headache. Ahil looks on and smile and taunt Sanam 2 that Sanam can't forget.
Precap : Shashi Kapoor place the gun to her gun and is terrify she couldn't fulfilled her wish to her mom. While Sanam doesn't like how the suit she had done for Shaad fits and leave with him, much to the trailer surprise the suit fits Ahil, Sanam 2 is shocked as Ahil tells him that Sanam got this suit made only for her husband.
