How can a 20 year old Shashi Kapoor(Shashi ladki ka bhi naam hota hai😆) can be a Mayor? Wats her name? Noorbano Khanum as once Saif said. Isn't there any age limit of becoming a Mayor? 20 years me hum 3rd year graduation me hote hai Mayor nahi bante hai.
