I know...even I wondered about that only while he was giving his number to her...when he spoke to her moments before being hit by Sanam on his head...during that convo without even hearing his voice she had all wind effects on hers...hair swaying and such...😆 Now, when he is talking to her in person and giving the number she has no such reactions and keeps referring to Shaad each and every thing ki...I will ask Shaad...Let me ask Shaad...I will come with Shaad... 😡...and Aahil is just like "I will take you back with me Sanam...you can stay with Shaad till that...I don't mind...😳" I don't know what measures is he doing other than telling "Qubool Hai" monologues to himself...😆
