The reason why they're not letting Aahil show any in character reaction to Shaad or Shajan is because if he does then Shaad's character looks bad and people will start to see this for what it really is. A strange man romancing a girl with memory loss whilst pretending to be husband in front of her real husband. A man putting doorey on another mans real wife. But if the girls real husband doesn't seem to care and seems okay with it then why should the audience? I think that's the mentality they're going with. Basically they're trying to glorify Shaad and keep him looking good despite his actions being terrible and if that means destroying Aahil's character and Sahil then they'll do it. They don't care how Aahil looks as long as Shaad looks heroic and good and imo if they wanted him to look good so bad then maybe they shouldn't have had him do such bad things in the first place. You can't make him do terrible things and still expect the audience to see him as good.

They think that as long as they show us Sahil we'll be happy no matter how they show Sanam and Aahil and try to glorify Shaad. No mate we want Sahil, Sanam and Aahil not bimbo Jannat and out of character Aahil. Yes they've got a ton of chemistry but characterisation matters too and we want Sahil not their doppelgangers.

I can't believe this is the same guy who lost it on Rehan who was his brother after he saw Sanam and Rehan together.

I get Aahil not telling Sanam or Shaad yet because even if he does tell Sanam or Shaad the truth then there's a strong chance that Shaad could take her away and he'd never see her again or Sanam wouldn't believe him because she's so deep in Shaad's lies. He needs to earn her trust and get her treatment but at the very least we could see Aahil talking about his plan or something and getting angry at Shaad for tricking his wife and thinking how he's only playing nice for now but once he's got Sanam back he'll teach Shady a lesson. Like something is better than nothing and it's so annoying because they're obviously doing it to make Shaad's character look clean though he clearly isn't.

This track can't work without Aahil getting furious at Shaad for manipulating his wife who has amnesia and tricking her into thinking he's her husband and lying and romancing her. It can't work if Sahil are completely out of character to make Shaad appear good. Aahil has to get angry and possessive even if he's forced to try to hide it in front of Shajan to appear innocent and play nice. If he doesn't get angry then that'll be out of character and it'll make it seem like Aahil doesn't care about Sanam as a person.
