Ok now first of all there was a genuine reason to sue the company because it was delaying the project's promotion, but Asad had time then even he sued the company was something wrong. And again the company sued zoya was also right because if we see the situation company is not at fault but zoya is. Asad was not concerned about the actress career because he is lost those days and nothing is going right in his life, his brother has betrayed him and said many things and his love is also on stake so much is happening, but even he did he couldn't do anything because he didn't sued the actress. What he did now even doesn't change anything zoya is still sued and her case hearing will be in next chapter. And ya if someone is sued on a career basis they are informed to return the advance payment and to pay the penalty too, but with that the career is also ruined, Because obviously no one likes that his employ is already sued for being unprofessional.
