The reason they edited it was coz the channel would have feared the backlash if they had shown it! It was so disgusting and cheap, that if they HAD shown it, they could never have justified their "holy major" anymore! You know he helps half exposed girls to dress, all as part of his mission to save two countries from the evil criminal "Shashi Kapoor?"

Seriously? Would they have been able to justify him after showing him clearly violating trust by touching and ogling a women who mistakenly thinks she is his wife? Giving him liberties he does not deserve? These cheap makers even promoted that scene like it was some majorly "cute" scene, when in actul fact it was a scene of a women losing her dignity in front of a stranger!

I am glad the channel saw sense, and made these Cheapo's edit that scene out! That proves that they know they can't get away with showing scenes just out of vulgarity that is NOT necessary for the story at all! That scene was not needed, and they had to take it out! The only reason they shot it was coz they are third class! Glad the channel stopped it! They probably didn't want another BCC complaint! Coz this one would have got it!

They didn't cut it off for time and space! They cut it coz the channel received complaints regarding vulgarity! That scene was tacky and not needed! It was just a deliberately shot cheap scene to expose Jannat's body to Shaad! THAT is all it was! If you edit, you will show part of the scene! Not cut the whole thing off!

So accept it or not, they cut that scene coz they realised that people were not all going to think it is "cute" to show a women expose her body to a perfect stranger, and him ogling and touching her when he knows he has no right to! The scene was classless and that is why it got cut! No other reason!

IF they air it, then that means Zee Tv has no standards too! Just like 4 Lions! I also hope in future SJ would speak up, and not agree to do cheap exposed scenes like this just for shock value!

@bold. this is the biggest problem. I don't object to the subject matter if it weren't shown as cute and it wasn't romanticized and used as ship bait. It's really a vile situation, and it's not cute or sweet or funny.

They can't justify him with or without this scene, but this scene makes it even worse! Another line crossed and it was promoted it as some cute and romantic scene for 'shipping.'.

This time they went too far with their vulgarity. They set up a scene that was not needed, just to expose this girls half naked body to a strange man! The cynsinsim is very clear and deliberate! It was just gutter trash!

I am SO happy they were forced to take it off! Bite me suckers! Lol

I hope in future, they try to raise at least 2 inches off the gutter when they try to do a storyline like this, which is morally ambiguous! Instead of showing it for what it is, they are trying to romanticise the victimisation of this women! What is "cute" about a women exposing her body to a stranger coz she thinks he is her husband? Disgusting!

Hopefully from now on even the actors will use their discretion and speak up, when they are asked to enact trash like this! Not try to "sell" it on TV through outtake segments!

As for the Holy Major? He is not justified in his actions and he will never be! But if he had ogled and touched this girl's body, he would have been irredeemable!
