Maybe after stabbing Aahilji, New sanam will remove his taweez and change his face. In this way they can accomodate a new face with the old name. That would be a hilarious idea,
And when real sanam comes back it will be a real soup. she will be looking for the face she has been getting in the flashbacks. but its not to be seen.
