Ananya is not one of tho friends cuz she was his childhood friend. Asad means dat he was influenced by some MCP boys n left his friends in college he made before those MCP boys. His nice friends told him in college dat if he did not leave those idiotic friends then he will suffer. Dats wat is happening wid him. His nice friends is not wid him cuz he broke his friendship wid them for advising him, his mother n sister r not happy wid his nature n now his recently returned childhood friend Ananya hates him.

It means as Asad hates modern n independent women he wud have insulted n misbehaved wid other girls like her. In d show too, Asad may have hurt, insulted n misbehaved wid other girls like he did wid Zoya cuz its not possible dat he turned a horrible jerk only on one moder girl dat is Zoya. He even was always saying wrong abt Akram's fiancee for running 4m d wedding before knowing dat d girl wad Zoya. Ananya is hurt cuz of all d insults he did to her n also dat her own childhood friend turned MCP.
