This AT is for Jaanat and Shaad not Sanam and Shaad so it makes this AT acceptable.
Plus, no-one knows that she's Sanam not even herself, so I don't know how that would be an extra marital affair. If Shaad did know she was married, I'm sure he wouldnt have declared her as his wife.
