At Shaad's house, Shaad comes to talk to his father while a few guests interrupts and Misbah comes out with a veil covering her face while Shaad watches her and the priest says lets start the wedding ceremony. Sanam is shown running towards the wedding venue with flashbacks of her and Shaad's moments shown. Shaad sits opposite Misbah. The priest asks Misbah if she agrees with the wedding and Sanam runs into waiter if they know where is Shaad and the waiter says he is in the hall for the nikaah. Sanam comes to the hall saying this wedding can't take place and everyone is shocked. Shaad's father asks who is Sanam to stop the wedding and who are you? Sanam says she is Shaad's wife and everyone is shocked and Misbah removes her veil where she is a look a like of Tanveer. Flashback of Tanveer is shown where she is informed that she has a daughter and Tanveer promising that her daughter will avenge her death. Sanam says she is Mrs Jannat Shaad Khan. Misbah looks at Shaad while Sanam says that Shaad can't marry anyone else besides me. Sanam asks why is Shaad silent? Tell everyone i am your wife! How can you marry someone else now? Misbah's mother cries and walks to Sanam asking what is Sanam saying? Sanam came to be part of the happiness and moments ago, she danced for the wedding. Now why is she trying to ruin her daughter's life before it begins? Sanam says i didn't come to ruin anyone's happiness and i didn't know your daughter was marrying my husband. Sanam asks till when will Shaad be silent and tell everyone who is she. Shaad's father questions Shaad what is all this? Shaad remains silent while Misbah stands up and looks at Sanam. Sanam turns and sees Misbah walking away while Misbah's mother cries. Misbah cries to Shaad's father that what he did is not right to my daughter and leaves. Shaad's father says silent is not an answer and he wants to know what Sanam is saying is true? Is this why he didn't wanted to get married? Shaad thinks that if he says in front of everyone that Sanam is his wife, he will not get forced to get married and he will also have a reason to keep Sanam with him till he solves Shashi Kapoor's case.
Aahil, Nazia and Sanam 2 comes to the hospital for Sanam 2's pregnancy check up appointment. Aahil is informed that the doctor is meeting another patient and Aahil says he will wait while Sanam 2 is worried. The doctor congratulates Aahil for his new baby and Aahil asks the doctor to make sure the mother and child is well taken care off. The doctor asks how many months of pregnancy is Sanam 2 currently in? Sanam 2 fumbles and says 2 months. The doctor asks has she been taking any medicines and the doctor asks Aahil and Nazia to wait outside while he will check on Sanam 2. Sanam 2 is scared and leaves for the check up. The doctor says that her hands are cold and checks her heartbeat and says he can't hear her heartbeat and says we need to do her X-Ray. Sanam 2 says X-Ray? Why is it for as she is fine. The doctor says that he will inform Aahil if she doesn't co-operate with him. Sanam 2's reports are out and Sanam 2 is scared that everyone would know she is not pregnant.
Sanam asks why is Shaad still silent despite all that happened. Sanam says she don't have anyone besides Shaad and if Shaad doesn't admit's she will end her life. Shaad stands up and says he won't allow anything to happen to Sanam. Shaad says yes, she is my wife and everyone is shocked. Shaad says i wanted to tell you all the truth Abbu but and Shaad's father interrupts saying you said you had responsibility and is this your responsibility? Shaad's father says that Shaad made a joke of this decision. If Sanam had not stopped this wedding, he would have married another girl? He says that Shaad have hurt him, Misbah's mother and Misbah. He continues that for the first time he regrets for having a son like him. Sanam tries to say something and Shaad's father stops her. Shaad's father apologizes to everyone and leaves. Everyone speaks about Sanam saying who is she and she ruined the wedding and also caused rift between father and soon. Sanam is crying and Shaad comes to console her and he receives a call from Officer Rathode and leaves to answer the call while Sanam continues weeping.

Precap : The doctor checks Sanam's X-Ray and sees a knife in her body and wonders how is this possible? Sanam 2 is standing and says you can't listen to my heartbeat because my heartbeat is dead. In Pakistan, Sanam says to Shaad that all the guys are the same as all the guys only knows how to hurt someone but not apologize and Shaad kneels down on his feet holding his ears and says he is sorry.
