Part 1
Ahil is driving and looking around for Sanam. Sanam is trapped with other girls and is crying. Ahil keeps asking people if they have seen Sanam by showing them Sanam's pic. BG - Challi kar de seena. Ahil screams... SANAM. He goes to cops and lodges a complaint. Ahil breaks things in the house. Ahil remembers all the moments with Sanam. He is in tears. Ahil remembers Sanams words that 'hum dono ke dil itne kareeb hai, ke main aapse dur kaise ho sakti hun'. Ahil removes the taveez and stares at it and cries. He remembers Sanam's words of faith in him. Ahil wonders where Sanam is. He rues, cant live without u. He cries out and says.. 'come back, please'.
Latif brings food for Ahil and asks him to control himself. He rues u havent eaten anything. Ahil says am not hungry. Ahil throwsaway the tray of food. He keeps crying and feels helpless.
Gazala and Razak keep eye on Sanam-2. Razak wonders why keeping an eye on Sanam-2. Gazala says coz we are. She says, Sanam-2 told us she is expecting. But dont see any signs. Razak and Gazala keep an eye on Sanam-2 who is entering the kitchen. They decide to see if she eats anything 'khatta' then it means she is going to be a mom. Sanam-2 takes a bottle of water and drinks. Gazala-Razak crib about new Sanam-2 being very secretive and deep. They think that Tanveer was better as they can find out what she was planning. Sanam-2 tells them thats why Tanveer is dead and am alive. She warns them to dare not tail her or she will poke their eyes out. Razak-Gazala apologize. Gazala says ur gonna be a mom soon, so keeping an eye on u.
Ahil sits in front of the Holy Quran. He puts the taveez by its side and prays to Allah. He asks for help and says know that i have been unfair to the love u have granted to me. He rues that he hurt Sanam but never cheated her. Ahil says . u give all a chance, give me a chance. Unite me to Sanam, give me one signal, tell me where is my Sanam, my love. Sanam is listless and teary eyed.
Part 2
The truck carrying Sanam and others are on the way when the leader gets a call for where to take the truck to as there is a raid. The driver turns his way. Ahil prays to Allah saying. his body, heart and mind has only loved Ahil. He has never cheated her ever. Sanam prays to Allah saying, love is life, cant be of anyone but Ahil. Save me. Ahil prays to Allah saying.. if u think my love is true, unite me to my love. Sanam prays to Allah saying, unite me to my Ahil or kill me. If there is no Ahil, i dun need any life.
Nazia tells Shazia that they need to worry for Ahil. Shazia says we cant think of it all the time. Nazia wonders how Shazia can be so calm. Shazia says believe in being practical. Need to solve Ahils problem and his biggest problem is Sanam-2. Need to get rid of her. Sanam-2 overhears them and resolves to end them. Shazia catches Sanam-2 eavesdropping. Shazia asks Sanam-2 whats she trying to do listening to them. Sanam-2 only came to ask if u want anything to eat. Shazia says there is Latif. Shazia asks Sanam-2 to mind her business. Sanam-2 rues that it was hard to get rid of Sanam-Seher and now this Shazia-Nazia. She decides to do something to stop Shazia from influencing Ahil.
Part 3
The driver is driving the truck at a fast pace. Ahil is shown pacing. Sanam worried about the unknown fate awaiting her. The truck skids off, hits a tree and Sanam screams AHIL. Ahil screams Sanam. Sanam falls from the truck and into the river. Sanam is unconscious and floating away and hits the shore. She is in Uch Sharif Pakistan. Her head is bleeding.
Precap --- Sanam gets up and is walking lost in the woods. A man asks her who she is, where is she from, where is her home and what she is doing there. Sanam says dont know. A man is shown in Army attire driving a bike in the woods.
