Yes, there are lots of changes in the show though your favourites are part of the show namely Surbhi Jyoti, Karanvir Bohra, Additi Gupta and Amrapali Gupta. And yes, there will be new cast coming your way

Then why can't they bring Karan Wahi Opposite Seher ?

There is no confirmation that Seher will be there in QH 3

The old story wrapped in a new packet will have SaHil, Sannu and Tannu Jr.

I don't want my baby to be there i want sehar to kill billi (nd also real killer i so wish) bt anyway i want sehar to leave bhopal nd im forever
she should die nd be with rehan n heaven
im case she moves to dubai she can live with her baby she can well take care of kid she dont need anyone's mercy for their kid

she don't need sympathy from fake people neither do we !!

Exactly Free her from the drama of Season 3

They should bring her truth out in front of Ahil to make things easy for SaHil n then settle her somewhere else where she runs some sort of home for orphaned kids and love them as she and Rehan both grew up as unloved orphans
