I think Billi has taken Aahil's signature on the property papers and she will fake Sanam's signature or make witchy compel her to sign it. So Aahil can be killed, as per her. And the will only said Sanam needs to be alive for a year..nothing about Aahil.

Last changes resulted in Saahil needed to be alive for 1 year for the property. Now, maybe the will was changed yet again.
