Sud I expect 4m Gul to show d short formal dresses n stilettos clad SaSe(inspired 4m Kishwer Merchant styles 4m almost all her shows) running both their families companies Dilshad Constructions n Siddiqui Constructions? No, I can't expect dat 4m her.Gul ko chullubhar paani me doob marna chaahiye😡.

i saw the promo too. I am hopeful the show will give social message. Payal is shown completing Engineering degree & joining job. Makers pervious show on Zee was also FL beoming govt officer & her struggle. i wish SaSe handled their parents business. but cv will never show that.

I love QH most among any shows. But it has given me lots of disappointment. I tried to do some research among other Zeetv shows. Its certainly different from all Zeetv shows which gives me lots of disappointment... Lets see what other Zee female leads do apart from Historical Jodha Akbar...
Bandhan: Grown up Darpan is shown as photographer. Who is persuing her dream in photography.
Hello Pratibha: Pratibha is shown as a housewife who is searching for her identity. Wamts to make a place for herself
Jodha Akbar: Historical show.
Jamai Raja: Roshni was shown working for a NGO. Now she is doing job for a tv channel in Bangkok. Her mother was shown strong Businesswomen in jewelary. She is still working.
Kumkum Bhagya: Pragya as a professor & Bulbul working in a office.
Satrangi Sasural: Aarushi is working in a bank.
Doli Armanoon Ki: Urmi working for a NGO & running restaurant business.
In QH, Zoya came to India after her graduation but never shown working. Becoz of viewers demand Zoya expressed her desire to join Asad in his office which never happened later. Sanam was shown running her own dhabba but CV ruined her. That determined, strong Sanam who wanted to open chain of dhaba in punjab now is merely a doormat. Seher who was a professional conwomen now doing nothing other than trying to get out of plotting & scheming of Billi & Sanam2.
So i am certainly so disappointed. QH entertained me a lot but i can never forget the disappointment. QH CVs have such a regressive mindset. They never showed progressive female lead. I am certainly disappointed
PS... QH still better than many shows 😛 but I am sure Creatives do not watch episodes. They would find out how regressive they are if they watched QH on TV to find out their faults. They does not know anything good except inventing new ways of plotting & scheming.
Isnt it different than other zee shows? Certainly it is. Regressive!!!
PPS... This is not a comparision post. Post to debate over. Not to show any character or show better.

I actually disagree with you - completely. Progression is not shown by the career we see in a character but their character/who they are a person. I have seen a few of the shows and i am not impressed with the female leads. They present as having a career and a few episodes later not only are they not working in that career but are doormats to their spouses and become you dull self-sacrificing woman - truly unlikable characters. .

Sanam (and I have watched the show until October) is an amazing character. Well rounded and with depth. She is strong, determined and outspoken. She had been shown as having genuine reasons for loving Aahil. The romance is believable.

QH is not about a woman embarking on a career but a woman saving the man she loves who has been broken and destroyed by the woman he loves - his mother. It is about winning his trust so she can save him from his worst enemy. Sanam's love for Aahil and vice versa is the most believable and what I few as the strongest jodi I've seen on television.

Acting wise, Surbhi is good but the guy who plays Aahil is an incredible actor.

Sunheri/Sehar while a con woman has chosen to use her cunning to save her sister's marriage (from what I gather). Perhaps there needs to be better use of her character but otherwise, I do not see her as a weak or passive woman.

On the whole, both Sanam and Saher are well written characters - bold and purposeful. I like both...particularly Sanam. She has characteristics I would want in a friend - she is genuine, strong and determined - a real fighter.

So I encourage you take a look at the show from a different perspective.
