SHOT THREE (Alert:Cheesy Much!😛)
In the dim lit room with illuminating lights from beeping machines,a figure lay in bed with a stitch on her forehead.she had an oxygen mask to support her in breathing while those who really needed it were three people who were in tears.
Aahil sat lifeless on the floor.tears threatening to fall off anytime.
Seher held unto rehaans shoulders weeping,cursing herself every time and rehaan let a few tears fall.
The doctor walked out of the ICU were sanam was in since past 2 hours.the trio ran to him.
'Is she fine,please doctor tell me??' Pleaded Seher.
The doctor led the impatient trio to his office.
'Look Sir,your wife seems fine at the moment.She did attempt suicide as onlookers had witnessed but got saved with just a gash on the forehead.but what I'm saying next is important coz next 24 hours is important for her and more important to your baby'
'BABY?!?!?!' They all said in shock
'Yeah,don't tell me you didn't know.reports show she's into her second trimester already.and I assume she hasn't been taking care much which is bad.'
Aahil was in a state of inertia.he couldn't flick a millimeter.
Sanam was pregnant???Hes gonna be a dad?
But only one thing registered his mind 'She wanted to die'
Rehaan and Seher were in an alternate world.their mind reeled to an event few days back.

Sanam had woken up at 2am,she started to weep uncontrollably disturbing Seher from her kumbhkaran mode.
'Sanam,what happened??Thinking of Aahil??'

Seher grew tired of trying to make her sister dearest understand but she was in no mood to relent.finally she called up rehaan
Even rehaan was perplexed to see an ever composed Sanam crying and whining for apple pie.
With no other choice,they secretly drove to a nearby McDonalds drive in (thankfully open) and gaped at Sanam gorging on 5 apple pies .

SeHaan smiled.they just realised that Sanam had experienced a food craving that day,It's not her but junior SaAhil who wanted apple pie!
The doctor continued 'stats show both mom and baby are fine.but I still need to keep them under observation for 24 hours.Sir owing to your reputation I'm not reporting this case,but I am recommending Dr.Sheikh one of our best Psychologist in town.Infact you're lucky she's in right now.Meet her and book an appointment at the earliest.'
Thanking the doctor,the trio left the room.seher decided to speak
'Aahil,I am sorry!everything is because of me.I...'
Aahil cut her off with a smile 'seher,you were even unaware of your sisters existence..and desperation made you do what you did.but your repentance began and ended with your acceptance of Sanam,being her life support.i have been nothing but a plain bas***d to her.but I guess that love can stand the test of time and trust me,this time your sister has no choice but take his jallad back to her life.'
Rehaan hugged Aahil.Seher smiled.
'Hey Bappa,Sanam is indeed a lucky bird.Thank you!!'she murmured
'Excuse me,can one of Sanam Ahmed Khan's family member come with me,Dr.Sheikh wants to see you immediately.
The trio decided to meet Sanam first and then go to her.They were stopped as only one was permitted inside.SeHaan let Aahil go inside and went to meet Dr.Sheikh
Aahil walked slowly to the bed.the tears that had threatened to fall earlier were falling endlessly.he fell on his knees next to her.he caressed her fingertips and slowly touched her tummy where their love resided. He smiled remembering that night.

When he walked in he saw a very angry Seher and right next to him was 'the doctor' with a 100% resemblance to a member of his house.
He thought he has had his quota for the day,"but beta wait and watch" said god giggling!😆

Meanwhile lateef saw his begum saahiba squirming in her sleep and decided to make her more relieved off her pain.
Afterall her Aahil baba wanted his ammi to sleep and 'not worry about him'
2 more doses of Sleeping milk plus milk equals Billi flat.
And Oh Yeah, not to forget,the ropes tied on her legs so that she doesn't "slip" from the bed. 👏
