Maybe the promo is trolling like the twin revelation and both of them seeing Ahil with the new wife on bed when they got back...you know slewing of scenes so we think it's one scene but actually two different scenes...Maybe Sanam is seeing Rehan and Seher somewhere together like they have been around lately and she is shocked since she doesn't know about Sehan yet...

OMG! This is the newest in the pits! Now I guess this is Tannu's way of showing Rehan that he cant trust Sanam and Sanam that she cant trust Seher! But she dosent know that Rehan knows this is not Sanam, and that he knows Seher would never sleep with Aahil. She didnt even share a room with him when she was impersonating his WIFE. So why would she start now?
